Shower install
1. I wanted my curved shower bar installed. That was not done.
2. The guys did not secure water shut off lid back on at the street
3. Had to come back out so I had hot water instead of tepid. I have hot shower water now but I think the knob still does not work properly.
My windows are good now though.

My new door & window
The team was effective and efficient. The quality of their work was awesome. They even cut out the stain glass that I had in my old door. They hole experience was great, beginning to end!

Not what I expected
You installed two sliders for us. One door seems fine, the header on the other door droops( your fix was for me to hit it with a hammer) the same door had screws protruding through the frame which scratched a visitor-you repaired that door. This is a 2.5 star performance

Thompson Creek provided me with a quick estimate and turn-around time for my new front door.
I love the door and they installed it within a few weeks as it was a custom baked-in color door. When I had questions about the door, they were very quick in either answering me or sending someone out to show me.

BUYER BEWARE!
I realized later that I could've gotten the same window at half the price and I could have kicked myself! This was after another custom window had to be replaced and I heard about another small business that did the job.

The sales person was well versed and let us know everything we needed to know, except,... we think he glossed over the fact the windows weren't certified. This sadly cost us our tax right off.
The install crew was right on time and efficient. They were really good at caulking , unlike so many tradesmen out there that smear it on with their thumbs.

Thompson Creek Stand for 100% Customer Satisfaction
We had all (24) of our twenty year old windows replaced in stages and found working with Thompson Creek to be well with the investment costs. Their installation was very good and when an issues came up they were quick to correct them with no questions asked. We recently had our front door replaced as well with a much better door that adds curb appeal. We look forward to replacing three remaining doors due to great services. You won’t go wrong by selecting Thompson Creek. One company and phone number vs competitors who pass you off to third parties for installation and repair.

The sales person was very helpful. I felt i could trust him. The foreman of the installers was extremely meticulous in his work and handling the crew. The only problem is you left Raleigh before I could complete the house. The windows and install is top drawer.
