They never provided proof of deposit to the depository in Delaware of the precious metals I purchased through them using retirement funds 9 months ago. I am now in a labyrinth of "talk to this person" to sort out with little or no response. AVOID!

What a disaster! I notified customer support to cancel an order I mistakenly approved on 3/20/26, 1 business day after initiating! After receiving notices that transaction was being processed I was finally told it would be cancelled today 4/2/26. I have just recieved a notice my money has been moved from my account to Thor escrow account without my approval. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

We invested a very large amount of money with this company and when we asked for a payout they said our money was stolen by an employee and they did not buy gold and silver with it so we have no gold and silver or money. We gave the money to them over 6 months ago and they have not given it back.

Poor Service. I have been a customer of Thor Metals Group since inception and have been working with the owner, Brandon since 2021. I have continued to have problems with Thor Metals Group. My most recent problems include trying to sell platinum since the first part of January 2026. At platinums highest price, I called Thor Metals Group to sell at 2800. Brandon told me that he could get me a better price than what I was getting elsewhere. After a week and calling Thor Metals Group 3 times I did not get a call back and the price dropped 30%. I am still waiting for the call back There was also a recommendation on January 3rd to exchange some 1 oz metal for 1/10 weight metal. Again after multiple calls and a confirmation that the pricing was locked in, I cannot get a call back much less a trade. I have had multiple problems like this dating back to 2021 and would not recommend Thor Metals Group. Purchasing as well as selling continues to be a problem. I have personally spoke to Brandon and (last time 1 month ago) and he assures me service will get better. It does not.

My husband and I purchased metals with Thor and Mathew was so helpful at walking us through the whole process. Very trustworthy and informative.

I had an outstanding experience with Thor Metals Group. I dealt with two representatives, Zachary Belanger and Katrina Frost. Both of these absolute professionals were top notch individuals, providing me with outstanding service in every respect.
What could have been better / improved? I cannot think of one single thing to say that would or could help Thor Metals Group do better at what this superb company already does so well. I am extremely pleased with the precious metals I purchased through the professional services of Thor Metals Group. I first established an IRA account with the company; that having proved to be a flawless process altogether and I was extremely pleased. Highly encouraged, I then made an additional purchase of precious metals as a non-IRA investment, and that too went exceedingly well. As a result of the overwhelmingly positive experiences I've had with Thor Metals Group, I intend to continue purchasing additional orders with this fantastic company.

I have known Brandon for over 10 years and I have purchased metals from Brandon at different companies where he worked during that time. Brandon's long term outlook has been spot on and his approach will provide you with the security of precious metals.
Brandon's integrity is unquestionable and will always have your best interest as a cornerstone of your relationship!

I have to say this company really cares about its clients. As a first-time gold/silver purchaser Brandon (the owner) walked me through the various purchase options and prices. After several more days of conversations and research, I decided to invest with him. Brandon stayed in contact with me from the initial purchasing process through the confirmation of my delivery. Upon receipt of my coins, I had a few questions regarding one series of coins that I had received. I contacted Brandon and he responded immediately and provided a detailed and satisfactory explanation.
Throughout my journey, I felt that I was truly dealing with someone who not only cares about their company's reputation, but the consumer as well.
I would highly recommend them, and I am looking forward to making future purchases.
