Packaging was barely adequate and the contents were starting to fall out on delivery. Delivery was slow because Startrack does not deliver direct to delivery point, instead delivers to agent in nearby town. No info of agent supplied by StarTrack, hence I asked Indro for the name of the local agent, which he obviously didn't know. Typically regional agents deliver once a week, your packages were delivered to agent on Thursday, agent delivered the following Wednesday.

Placing and paying for my order could not have been easier. The sales team were extremely helpful in that respect. Communication about the status of my order and back ordered parts could have been better. Overall experience was good :)

Great products and prices, knowledgeable and supportive team
The order process was very helpful.
I have ordered a plate to cover the driveway drain cover as a cap because the existing PVC one broke and is not handling car movement.
The items are self-explanatory and exactly as described. Questions regarding the product were promptly answered by the team on phone and infact they suggested a better and relevant product.
I felt very pleased at the support the staff have provided and with the prompt delivery. I strongly recommend them to anyone.
