Thorntons Table Tennis Opiniões

Absolutely faultless. Order was dispatched immediately, pretty much. Issues with Royal Mail were promptly and kindly resolved by the wonderful agent who ensured I received it the day that I contacted her about it. Excellent experience, wonderful product at a competitive price. Thank you so much!

I recently bought toys from Thorntons Table Tennis. It felt a bit odd ordering toys from a specialist sports company, but couldn't have been happier with the service. Great selection of products at a good price. They arrived very quickly within two days, extremely well packaged. Tracking number available for peach of mind. Product as pictured on the website. Many thanks.

I have recently ordered toys for my grandchild twice from Thorntons Table Tennis, on both occasions the lady I spoke to was extremely helpful and told me my items should arrive the next day.
True to her word they did !
The second time I ordered more than one item and this time the box they came in was very strong and contents perfect.
I would not hesitate to buy toys again from this company again

I’ve been playing league table tennis for over 50 years and had a good idea of what I needed. As I was unable to make contact with my previous supplier I thought I would try Thorntons. After a nice chat with Bill about our playing careers I placed my order and was amazed that it turned up, exactly as required 24 hours later. I had the sheet of rubber glued, cut and on my bat that day. Exactly the service I was hoping for. I will definitely use Thorntons again and can recommend them to anyone who may have doubts about ordering on line or by phone.

I had a fabulous experience with Thorntons. I'm new to table tennis and needed bats and accessories, but it's so confusing knowing what to buy. I rang Thorntons, and a lovely chap gave me all the info I needed as a beginner. Bats etc arrived in 2 working days. I'm very happy, thanks so much!

Impressed by the speed of delivery and price. Everything as described. Thank you.

I'm afraid I've had an awful experience.
First table was damaged - chip out of the top surface
Second table was the wrong one.
Third table damaged again - crack on underside of the table
Fourth table would not fold properly up to vertical

I understand that Ransome Sporting Goods are the suppliers so I think in part are also in part responsible, but I ordered and paid through Thorntons.

I received £50 compensation and some free table tennis balls but this doesn't really make up for the inconvenience of having 4 incorrect tables delivered to our house and also 4 having to be collected.

Requested a full refund and will purchase now from another supplier

ADDENDUM (11/7/25) - £50 refund was withdrawn in light of this review

What a great little shop! I was thrilled to find this place that not only specializes in table tennis but also sells toys. The customer service was fantastic! We were worried the toys wouldn’t arrive on time, so emailed customer service and they responded right away! They reassured us and went out of their way to make sure everything got here before Christmas. The toys were exactly what we needed, and the delivery was spot on. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again. Highly recommend!

What a fab store! Not just table tennis gear. Bought Connetix for Christmas - super fast delivery and £30 cheaper than anywhere else. Couldn't ask for better service. Will def use again and highly recommend. Thank you

Great prices, super quick despatch and delivery. Will definitely use again, highly recommended company!

The best service I've ever received. Professional, prompt, courteous and priced for the player. The knowledge of the whole family is inspiring and long may I continue to buy from the best table tennis supplier in the UK.
Five Star ⭐ performance with every purchase.
