Do NOT buy anything from this FRAUDULENT company. I ordered Leather Orthopaedic shoes size 6- reduced from £72 to £35. I received size 5 plastic shoes very poorly made. They told me to return them to CHINA. Or if the cost was too high they could refund me 15%z The nerve of this company- utterly shite goods.

Tried everything. I see a post, I see the little balloon and people post but I can’t open or read any of them. Obviously it’s because I am white. Nothing else makes sense. To make it so very hard that you need a college class to read other people’s opinion is insane so the only logical answer as there is no one to help you, is it’s about skin color. What a scam of a company sent wrong item that was used after contacting my bank to get a refunded they despited this and after sending the item back I’ve been charged and not refunded any positive review here is defiantly a false one DO NOT ORDER FROM here the address on google street views shows a shut down building and when I was contacted about a return address it was to a pub this company makes profits off not refunding for items they receive back

Threads ist die Pest. Interessante Inhalte gibt es nicht, dafür nerven ungebetene Benachrichtigungen selbst dann, wenn man sich ausloggt. Bis zur Löschung des Kontos dauert es vier Wochen. Immerhin ist sie jetzt möglich, ohne den ganzen Instagram-Account zu löschen. Früher hatte man sich mit einer Anmeldung die Zecke dauerhaft in den Pelz gesetzt - ohne vorherige Information des Anbieters.

Returned order MT20395 in November 2023 after buying shoes for my grandson. Countless emails from guys named Adam and Paul that I would be refunded within 5 days. Still no joy. Disgraceful how they treat a pensioner.

Item recived in good faith, 2 used for 13 days afer purchase, 5 days later, backpack handle becoming loose and freyed.

Item sold into the UK market should have a warranty, not THEADS though!

Absolutely terrible company waited 3 weeks for delivery no updates no emails answered nobody ever answered phone then when they came was wrong size sent back and now 5 weeks later still no answers or refund please avoid

I was told that the company is under new management. The new team is amazing to work with! I am very satisfied and my experience was positive.

Emailed Maison Threads asking the sizing of a APC sweater in the morning, chap called Adam replied straight away with full measurements and after placing the order Dpd delivered the item the following morning

Fabulous! I bought a coat for my husband which arrived and was too small (my fault) so I contacted Phil who agreed to replace with a larger size. All arrived quickly and I’m delighted with my purchase. NB I had to call a few times to get through but persevere as it’s definitely worth it!

VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! Firstly wrong item sent then wrong size sent. Asked for postage to be refunded & agreed but not received, still waiting for refund. I will NEVER use this company again.

I bought a DSQUARED2 T-shirts and and was sent the wrong item with a different label. I sent the item back on the 1st of November and haven’t heard anything yet. I have sent several emails and called more than 20 times and no response. Can anyone help
