Three Birds Nest horrible customer service

I was a VERY good customer of Three birds Nest. I made a purchase of a summer dress in February for a Easter vacation. The dress ripped after wearing it for two hours out to dinner. I contacted Three Birds Nest and they shared that they wouldn't take it back because it was out of a 30 day window. Of course it was...I live in Buffalo NY and this was a sheer summer dress. Normally I would have sewn the dress but the material was very frayed. Again I am a very good customer and I have never returned anything. I am insulted by their response. It is obvious that Three Birds nest does not value customers. I am going to unsubscribe.

We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience with the Golden Fields Patchwork Dress and understand how disappointing it must have been for this to happen while you were on vacation. That’s certainly not the experience we want for our customers.

After reviewing your order, we do see that it was delivered on 2/28, and we kindly ask that any concerns regarding damaged or defective items be reported within three days of delivery. Additionally, items must have their original tags attached and remain unworn and unwashed to be eligible for a replacement or resolution. Unfortunately, as this situation falls outside of that timeframe and the item has been worn, we’re unable to move forward under our defective policy.

We understand your frustration, especially given that you had saved the dress for a special occasion, and we truly appreciate your past support as a customer. Our policy is in place to ensure that concerns can be accurately reviewed and addressed as quickly as possible, as it becomes much more difficult to assess issues over time.

We sincerely apologize again for the inconvenience and disappointment this has caused.

Cute skirt horrible experience

I bought a cute skirt from them. However, my experience was awful! Shipping is long. Was leaving town and so I used the chat box, they were extremely rude. Maybe they hire out for that, but the person in the other end was horrible. Was out of town when then skirt arrived, it arrived damaged. I missed their 3 day return policy window. Just plan accordingly if shopping from them.

First, we sincerely apologize for your interaction with our support team. That’s not the experience we want any of our customers to have, and your feedback has been shared internally so we can continue to improve.

In regard to shipping, your order was placed on February 5th, shipped on February 6th, and delivered on February 15th. Our standard Economy shipping timeframe includes 4–6 business days for processing and 5–10 business days for delivery, so your order did arrive within that expected window. We understand timing can still be frustrating, especially when you’re preparing for travel.

We’re also very sorry to hear that your skirt arrived damaged—that’s never the experience we want for you. We kindly ask that any concerns regarding damaged or defective items be reported within three days of delivery so we can review and resolve them as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, since this was reported outside of that timeframe, we’re unable to move forward under our defective policy.

Additionally, items must have their original tags attached and remain unworn and unwashed to be eligible for a replacement. We always recommend inspecting items upon delivery so we can assist right away if anything isn’t quite right.

I’ve ordered twice from Three Bird Nest…

I’ve ordered twice from Three Bird Nest and have loved the quality of the items I received! I had to make one return because the sizing was off. The return was so easy and I was able to just drop it off at my local UPS. I then placed a second order. I am in love with the clothes! I plan to keep ordering. Highly recommend!

Three Bird Nest is awesome!

Three Bird Nest continually has fun, unique clothing that fit my style and body so well! They are helpful and kind to work with, and have so many great sales!! I have been buying things from them for probably 10 years, and tell people about them all the time!!

Poor quality and customer service.

I recently purchased several items totaling over $300.00. It took a long time for them to process the order. When it arrived, I washed the items on delicate cycle. None of the clothing had care labels. I always wash before wearing. After washing, one top had tons of loose threads and frayed badly, so it's not wearable. I sent pictures to the company and they replied the care labels are online (which are not noticeable unless you click on fabric under the listing) and since it was washed, it cannot be returned. The quality of a couple pieces is questionable with poor hems and open seams. Garment care labels should be provided.

We’re truly sorry for the frustration and disappointment this experience caused. We completely understand how upsetting it must have felt to receive your order, carefully wash the items as you normally would, and then see fraying on a top you hadn’t even worn yet.

We also hear your concerns about care instructions. For many of our pieces, laundering guidance is listed on the product page under the “Fabric” section, as some of our specialty fabrics require more delicate handling, such as hand washing and laying flat to dry. We understand, however, that this may not always be obvious, and your feedback about including clearer or more prominent care labeling is absolutely valid. We are passing this along to our product team for review.

In regard to returns, our policy does require items to be unworn and unwashed to be eligible, which is why we were unable to move forward once the garment had been laundered, unfortunately.

We genuinely appreciate you giving us a try — both for yourself and for your family — and we’re truly sorry this experience fell short of expectations.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING AT THREE BIRD NEST!

I ordered several items and all were very cheap looking except for one top. I did love my wide leg pants but once washed they were ruined. I emailed no one responded. I sent a chat and they did respond that once worn they will not accept returns. I will NEVER order from here again.

We understand how frustrating it must have been to have an issue with the pants after washing them, especially since you mentioned you loved them initially. As noted in our correspondence, once an item has been worn, washed, or spot-treated, we’re unable to accept it for return per our policy. Spot treatments and certain cleaning agents can sometimes react with garment dyes in unexpected ways, even if bleach isn’t used.

We also apologize for any confusion regarding your email — your email message was received and merged into your chat conversation you had with us.

While we understand this experience has been disappointing, we do appreciate you giving our brand a try and sharing your honest feedback.

I love my butterfly jacket

I love my butterfly jacket! I originally ordered a size Medium, but it was too large. I emailed customer service and Dana was super helpful regarding an exchange. The link was easy to use and my size Small was received quickly. My only wish about the jacket is that I wish the frayed hem was reinforced so that it doesn't fray further. Otherwise I'm very happy!

Return policy is a joke

I've ordered from them a couple of times. First time was just a pair of pants. Cute but a little overpriced. The second time was more pants. They didnt fit right so I returned them under the $9.95 fee rule. It ended up being over $21 to return them. I would've rather paid to return them through usps for less. Plus, the pants smelled awful when they arrived. Such a rip off and I will never order from them again.
