The Three Peaks GBR team has provided exceptional and fast support for all my inquiries, both before the purchase—regarding billing to an address outside the UK—and after the purchase, with information about the package itself.
For my part, this level of service deserves this review to recognize their hard work and to help other users make a decision if they need to.

The bag I ordered didn't quite meet my use case so I returned it (and the associated accessories) to get something else but I came to say the returns process was smooth and they refunded me very quickly. I get the sense it's a solid company and I like to back UK businesses where I can. The bag was of excellent quality for the price paid - I think they've nailed the price point. As my kids get older, I can see me coming back to these guys to get affordable, good quality stuff for our trips.

Zip broke after 18 months and they sent me a new bag free of charge within two days. All they asked for was a photo of the damage. Extremely impressive customer service. Highly recommended.

I bought the Camera Sling 6L and overall I’m quite happy with it. The design looks nice, the colour and build feel premium, and it’s comfortable to carry. I did notice some stitching coming off in a few areas, especially around the upper hook section, which was a bit disappointing. I also don’t understand the choice of bright orange lining inside the bag since a full black interior would have looked cleaner. Still, it’s a quality product that feels durable and well made for everyday use.

I’ve only just discovered this company over the summer holidays and tried them out buying a rucksack for work.

I was genuinely blown away with not just the quality but any design that combines functionality, aesthetic and cost as all priorities of their customers rarely happens so I guess I didn’t expect all three for such a kind price point.

They have also considered their ethical and environmental impact on the planet and I am now a self professed brand ambassadors, and props to be so.

This last week I ordered a second smaller day back and today I placed an order for a third.

You could say that I am now hooked and addicted to the Three Peaks, Great British brand.

Well done one and all who created that lot for the world to enjoy.

So my review is based on my customer service experience. I had a problem with a zip. These things can happen. 6 months into my ownership. I made contact with customer services and ended up connected to Kevin. No fuss, all dealt with by means of photographic proof. My replacement arrived the next day. Three Peaks kit has always had my vote, backed by this no-nonsense customer service it is 5* - Well done and Thank you.

I googled tech backpack and the Three Peaks website came up and presented me with a great choice of bags, I opted for the Travel/Commuter 25L and it’s brilliant. I had searched high and low amongst the main travel luggage manufacturers and I couldn’t.find anything that I liked, the Three Peaks range is great, lovely looking bags with a great design. The ordering process was very easy and the delivery swift and I was kept updated, I can guarantee I will shortly be ordering more bags. You will not be disappointed.

Got the 24L commuter. Top top quality backpack with all the compartments you need. Very easy to access everything inside the bag with the drop-down zip. Comfortable when cycling into work. Looks good too!

I have brought lots of bags and accessories from ThreePeaks and I'm always happy with the quality of the products.
I recently got the compression bags and even without using a pump to extract the air it's possible to compress clothing by just rolling.
Lovely lightweight and comfortable bags too.

Love the quality of the KAITO bag. Great company to deal with and wouldn't hesitate to go back to them for other types of bags.

Just got today my Nomad 30L backpack! I’ve been browsing backpacks for probably more than a year. That’s because I already have about 3, but none of them met my needs perfectly. And I was looking for one that can fit both my 16” and 14” laptops, and camera with 3 lenses. Also, tripod and a few accessories. In the past year I kept on looking mainly at Stubble and Co, ThreePeaks and Peak Design ( while also looking at some The North Face, and a few fancy brands like Samsonite, etc). Didn’t know what to choose. I finally decided to go for the Threepeaks one, mostly because it can fit a 16” laptop and for the big pocket at the top, where I can easily fit lenses. I was a bit worried that the material wouldn’t be as good in reality as it looks in the pictures. It is! Looks great! Also bought 2 accessories with it, just because of the extra discount, not sure if I’ll use them a lot, but good to have. But…the backpack is AMAZING! Never had something like this. I never invest so much time writing reviews, but just wanted to do it because I want to encourage everyone that’s browsing these (as I did before buying) to buy it. A bit cheaper than “the competition”, but best quality. Ordered it (with accessories) yesterday morning (at 5AM, early bird), and this evening I got it. Not sure what you’re needs are, but for me this backpack is PERFECT! Congratulations ThreePeaks for creating such a thing!

Outstanding quality. Purchased the 38l kitbag recently. Came with free next day delivery. I can not recommend any higher. A+++

Almost perfect. Just a few notes from my usage:

Nomad 42L:
- This is undoubtedly an awesome bag; lots of pockets, organisation is good, plenty of space etc but it's just so damn big. It doesn't fit into a gym locker, put it that way.
- I got it to replace my work bag but now I just use both bags - this one for big trips away like festivals & hiking.
- Tempted to get a smaller ThreePeaks bag that'll take their accessories but ££

Nomad Accessories:
- It's awesome having a company with items made to fit with their bags. I've got most of the accessories for it; Accessories box, small packing cube, compression bag & lunch box. All great items & do what they said on the tin - I can even vouch that the lunch box bag doesn't leak if you leave ice in there.
- My only comments would be:

Accessories box:
- Colour options don't make any sense - there is no other Pine Green item - this is the only one so it can't match my forest green Nomad bag so I had to get a different colour. Same across the board tbh.
- The top stitched in pockets aren't equal in size - no symmetry. YES it's pedantic but it's an expensive little bag so I was hoping it would be made symmetrical.

Small Packing Cube:
- £25...
- I just got a 13 piece, almost identical set of bags for £12 & yet this 1 packing cube is £25...
- It feels like they're taking advantage of the fact that you're likely to want matching items. The only difference between this packing cube & the cheap one I got is the fact that "ThreePeaks" is written on it.

My Five-Star Experience with Three Peaks GBR!

I recently invested in a few bags from Three Peaks GBR, and I truly couldn't be more thrilled with my entire experience. From the moment I started shopping to receiving my order, everything was seamless and incredibly professional.

I picked up the Nomad 42, the Commuter (22-litre), and two Nomad Compression Bags. Let me tell you, the quality of these bags is simply superb. You can tell a huge amount of thought has gone into their design and durability. The materials feel incredibly robust, and the stitching is impeccable. I'm genuinely confident these bags will handle whatever I throw at them, whether it's daily commutes or challenging adventures. In fact, my Commuter bag is already a daily essential for work, and I'm really looking forward to putting all of them to the test on my upcoming month-long trip through Malaysia, Cambodia, and Vietnam.

What truly elevated this experience, however, was the outstanding customer service, especially the support I received from Kevin. He truly went above and beyond to assist me. Every question I had via email was answered swiftly and always with a friendly, patient demeanour. It made the entire purchasing process an absolute pleasure. Kevin genuinely cared about my satisfaction, and it shone through in every interaction.

I’ve had my Nomad 42L a couple of months and I love it. Great quality and the internal divider is a revelation to keep things organised and separated. I had problems with what I think was a defective zipper, reached out to them on instagram and within a day a new on is on the way. Great customer service!

Easy to use and great looking website. Amazing quality products. I’ve even ordered more. Fast CS. A great shopping experience.

Disappointing service... Purchased an item ( Bag) with side items (accessories) as recommended by 3packs - delivery was fast however some items were missing due to being out of stock... I was informed that this would be delivered when back in stock... Not what I signed up for.... So although the service was fast in the sense that I was getting real time returns, refunds etc the back and forth was totally unnecessary and not what I was hoping to experience.... The disappointment of not having the item which I purchased to travel in less than 2 weeks has left a sour taste... Don't advertise or recommend items if you don't have stock ---- We live in London we don't have time for nonsense.. Be real dudes!!!!
