Not having a good experience. This site has you go through the kyc through Verif and you're verified within minutes but then you have to send in proof of payment. Then they wait hours just to tell you that now you need to send a selfie with the card. Its still pending since yesterday. All they say is they review it in the order they receive it. It shouldn't take that long to open an email to review it. I mean, seriously. After messaging chat support, they offer a bonus code. WHAT MAKES THEM THINK I WOULD EVER MAKE ANOTHER PURCHASE BEFORE THEY VERIFY ME???? speed sweeps did not take this long, they replied to emails within minutes. Not hours. Not days. Seems like they don't want to pay my redemption. I'm sure after hours of waiting, there will be another some kind of issue, they will need more proof of something. Very disappointed for a new site, especially one that boasts "INSTANT REDEMPTIONS"

I just wanted to let everyone know that they advertise instant redemption, but that is far from the truth. 18 hours ago I put my redemption in. They told me I needed to verify my card which I immediately sent them the info. They asked for. 18 hours later, my redemption has went from pending to failed. They continue to say they are still verifying my card even though my account was verified from the beginning. so the instant redemption that they claim is not the truth, I posted that in their telegram channel to which they have now kicked me out for simple stating the truth. Much like the experience of several other reviewers, I purchased coins and won enough for a redemption, yet have been unable to receive the redemption or even a reason for the reason for delaying the “instant” redemption. The only information I was provided was that they had to perform security checks and once that was completed I would receive my redemption. I will update if they resolve this situation, but either way-expect unnecessary delays or obstacles when attempting to redeem any winnings you manage to accumulate. This is a sister site to the other Speed sweeps, Rich sweeps, Dime sweeps etc. I am already registered and verified on each of them, so the idea that they need to perform extensive security checks on my account as though I am not already on file with their other sites is ridiculous. I was notified about Thrill Coins while playing on a different one of their platforms. All of these obstacles are just attempts to delay payment hoping that you will either choose to play through the winnings and hopefully lose it— or just give up trying to redeem.

First redemption verified my card got it pretty quick. 2nd redemption failed the first time now I’m told it’s in the queue. Ive heard that before. If it’s advertised as instant it should be instant exspecially 2nd time redeeming to same card. Will update if it turns out any better . Still getting the run around and I’ve spent 4000 of my winnings down to 450 dollars.

All in all it is a great new site. The 1st redemption did take a little longer because they wanted a few extra docs to be verified, even though it was only about 3 hours total. The 2nd redemption was about an hour so I hope they can stick with that. Plenty of games to choose from and they have live chat and they were all great.

I wish all sites had redemption's this fast.

I’ve been trying to redeem winnings the last week. Was told I needed to verify card. Sent the info needed for that and now was told it’s verified but my redemption keeps failing. They keep telling me they will reach out to compliance team. I ask how long that’ll take & they say aren’t sure exact time frame. It’s advertised as instant redemption but clearly that isn’t true. Nobody will respond to my emails and I haven’t gotten many answers as to why my redemption keeps failing and it’s been a week and no money.

Love this site. Very fast redemption. I didn't have any trouble with the kyc. They do ask for a picture of your debt card and if you holding the debt card you want the money sent to after your first redemption and they ask you to email it to them but they received and sent me my money within a hour after my email was sent and they reviewed it.

They will do everything they can to keep you from redeeming. You’ll eventually get it but they’ll make it fail multiple times or make you break it into small amounts so you play the rest back. You’ll go through insane dead periods where you cannot win anything. If you display the signs of an addicted gambler they will take and take and take until you have nothing left. They’re horrific.
