I ordered some makeup and skincare items and then I decided to cancel the order the same day I placed it and the rep told me it was too late. So, the morning it was to be delivered I went to the post office and wrote Return to Sender on the unopened box, this was over two weeks ago, and I still do not have my full refund!
I have an immune system condition due to which I have to be very careful about all products I use. I was thrilled to find Thrive, as it seemed to be the answer to my prayers! The order arrived with no problem, but I had a need for assistance once I received it. I first wrote to them about it on April 8. Today is April 19 and I have written a number of times since then as well, hoping for an answer. To-date I have received 1 total reply to my emails I sent to their help email address, and that 1 reply was an AI-generated automated message, of no help at all. After all this wasted time with no answer from them I also fear that the return window will not be respected, despite having done everything in my power to get in communication with the company in plenty of time, on my end. So I will also have wasted money on one of the products that I have not received help with. They are costly, but I was happy to spend that for good products, and a good company. But now I have just thrown some of that money away after not being able to get assistance. I am so sad. :( I had really high hopes that both the products and company culture would be great, given how few choices there are out there for those of us that have limited options.
**UPDATE--I was able to get through to Thrive's customer service through their Instagram account, and was able to find a real person that that gave me a hand and efficiently took care of my request. I was also contacted by their team which gave me the opportunity to share my customer experience with them and explain what didn't work about their current AI-answered front line customer service set up. I do hope they rethink and restructure, the AI first stop for customer needs is not out of beta yet, and this is something I am finding across the board in companies that are beginning to use it in this capacity.

Ordered mascara in January and paid for it , It Was applied to my credit card. I Was able to make contact through email and was sent confirmation that it would be resent.Never received it, this company is not reputable!I have read many reviews that claim the same treatment?? this is no way to run a business!
I really love the products that I have purchased from Thrive. I also feel good about the company supporting women with cancer. I am surprised about bad reviews. I have referred friends who are also impressed. I have sensitive skin, lips and eyes but have never had a reaction to the lip liner, or lip balms I have ordered from them. I love the eye pencils and crayons also.
Wish I could give it a zero!! Liquid lash mascera is so wet and does not separate the lashes. It globs them all together. I tried to get my $ back, but No reply. Advising it for older women is a big joke, a marketing ploy. I fell for it. Waste of $$/
Wonderful products and outstanding customer service! Just started using the mascara and brow gel and I love them! Had a small issue and customer service responded immediately! I would ignore the negative reviews and try for yourself! For me, they are awesome!
I have ordered some products 2 different times. I have never received either of them. USPS claims insufficient address but I receive mail and packages daily. The part that gets me is no one at Thrive really cares that I am having a problem. Very disappointing for fairly expensive products.
Not the company that it use to be! I bought the mascara, it use to come off nice and clean in the shower with no smudging. Now it smudges when u Lie down or just Through the day I’m very disappointed because I loved this company. I don’t know if this is a copycat? Or is this the true thrive cosmetics?how to tell? If it is the same company they need to change the mascara back to the original product. I definitely will NOT be shopping with them again!!
Foundation doesnt go on easy as described and shown on videos. You have to still soread it on. It doesnt cover evenly like it is promised. Other companies out there do cover without a concealer. Their formula is heavy, yet doesnt cover very well and my skin is pretty clear. If one was to buy concealer as well, that's now spending even more $$$$ just to perform what store bought less expensive product. The foundation smeared on my vest collar, very strange. Adding the concealer would probably also junk-up my clothes as well. The tube also was faulty, solid foundation kept rolling down as I attempted to apply. Empty promises of easy use and great coverage.
Extremely shady company. I dont order that much but each time i've had to contact customer service about getting my points for things i've ordered. They always have some ridiculous excuse on why i didn't receive my point for money i've spent. Then, the cherry on top this time, was that once again, didn't receive my points or birthday, anniversary points, etc that they list on their website. I've spent almost 500$ since joining. They tell me that they changed their point system last year and no ones points rolled over so i've lost everything except what i've earned this year, putting me back down to the lowest tier that gets no perks. What a joke! All my point are gone, i've got nothing. Their products aren't that great to continuing doing business with them. I'm done. i'm tired of the shady business practices. Seriously, every time you contact them because they haven't delivered on what they promise, you get a stupid excuse. Done!
I bought this once and the spring-loaded cap failed to stay on after about 2 weeks. I was sent another one after complaining to the company, but the same thing happened. When the cap won't stay on, the eyeliner dries up. Don't buy.

I love the lash extension mascara from Thrive. It makes my lashes super long and at 62 that is amazing. It washes off easily and the most important thing is that it does not irritate my eyes like most brands do. Best mascara I’ve ever used.

I have looked at reviews for Thrive Cosmetics as I hadn't yet made up my mind as to whether I would buy some for my daughter and I. After reading these reviews, and especially, Mr Richards review, above, I have made a decision that yes, I will be buying these cosmetic for my whole family as well as my daughter and I and the same for many of my friends birthdays. Reviews are always helpful. Thank you!

Easy to order and once ordered, updates regularly sent. The product, Brilliant Eye Brightener works exactly as advertised. I especially like the new matte shades . I will be ordering again because I appreciate good service and their mission.

The lash extention mascara clumps and smears, I find it under my eye. The color lip glass burns my lips and they end up dry and sore.

I am generally dubious of a company’s video testimonials of its products; however, I was impressed with the eyeshadow sticks. I took a chance and bought three of the Brilliant Eye Brightener shadow sticks. I am so pleased with the product. It actually does what the video showed. Looks really great on my 62 year old eyelids! Thank you for a great product.

I have been trying to remove 16 items from my cart and it will not let me. I don't want all those items and I can't find out if anything has been shipped. This website is awful. $338 is what my cart said. I better not be charged for anything as now my cart is empty. Who can help me resolve this...a lawyer?

Their website is an absolute joke. I wanted to place an order and it would not let me add a new item.., not to mention the fact that all the previous points were gone. Their products are fine but they really skimp on the presentation. Every eye shadow I bought broke down. I was ready to give them another chance but now I am done with theme. For your money you can do better. Don't get taken in by the Facebook add, not worth it.
