The tail lights I ordered were possibly wired up wrong as they did not light up at all after being plugged in to the vehicle. Plugged the stock lights back in and they lit up with zero issue.

This company is Fire! The products are great, and the giveaways are even better!

I purchased two rear CV axles for my 2007 Mazda 6, a left and a right. When my shop attempted to install them, they found that one would not clear the sway bar bracket and had to be removed. I came to find out from the manufacturer, Drive Shaft Shop, that the installation of this part requires the OEM sway bar brackets to be removed and replaced with some sort of aftermarket option of smaller dimensions. Throtl.com neglected to mention this essential fact on their webpage for the product, and at the time of this writing, they still have not corrected this error.

After sourcing and installing suitable sway bar brackets, my shop again tried to install the axles, but discovered that the left side axle would not fit, being about 2” longer than it should have been. It turns out that throtl.com sent me two right-hand axles, instead of a right and a left as was ordered. The axles themselves were not labeled, so there was no way to know that the box contained an incorrect part prior to attempting the installation. Once again, the installation had to be aborted until the correct part was shipped. Since the shop doesn’t work for nothing, they charged me another hour of labor.

As a direct result of the carelessness, incompetence, and overall negligence of this organization, I have suffered the cost of not one but two aborted installations, for which I was required to pay two hours of shop labor. I would never have purchased from this company if I had known better.

There was some initial confusion about the availability of the part but ultimately it was shipped and arrived quickly. My advice is; if something is shipped directly from the manufacturer, just say so.
