Great Customer Service. I initially ordered through B & Q Marketplace, but the light ordered from Thrulight didn’t arrive (2 other items on my order, from other suppliers, arrived and collected ok). Call to B & Q said they would email supplier, with a 48hr deadline for response. I asked if they could phone supplier, but they had no contact number! So I Googled Thrulight, spoke to a lovely man, who said he’d check the Tracker App and call me back. This was done In minutes and parcel delivered, but not at B & Q! Said would send another next day delivery. WhatsApp photo received of new courier label. Tracked delivery to B & Q and called them again to confirm and could we collect, but no! They had cancelled the order and refunded the money! I called Thrulight immediately and informed him of the sorry situation and asked if I could buy it direct and get it delivered here? Absolutely no problem, paid (got a WhatsApp Courier label photo, for tracking) and received the light the following day! Amazing service! Now I know about this company I’ll look there 1st, for any lighting needs. Well done and sorry that you’ve potentially lost 2 light fittings during all this…

Contacted company for product information and they were ver helpful. Product sent out promptly after purchase, but only received partial order. Recontacted the company and received remainder of order by next post.
