Terrible service. Predatory fees. Do not trust these sharks with your information

My loan application has been rejected by the system that what she told me and I just called her and the way she was talking to me seems to be. She’s not even working with this company and I told her I didn’t get emailed back about rejected or refuse loan application, she said because your bank account doesn’t have a sufficient balance what kind reason this I don’t understand those lender I feel this is it’s a fake company 

I applied for a laon on Nov 27 2025/November 28 2025 and they told me I would get it on the 28 now its the 30th and been about 3 days now and still no money the lady taking phone calls do not respect people I called a few times and she hung up on me I do not recommend going with this company waste of time
To people who want to know
If you call at 5am et they are still closed the lie on there website saying the are open 5am to 5pm eastern time that is a big lie and a joke of a company

This month was a little tight even though i have been working my A off. i was short on rent and decided last week to make an application for a loan. as any loan company they ask for prove of incom by asking a photo of your pay stub and the HR phone number to confirm your employment.. i had provided all the info time and time again. because seem like these employee dont talk to each other. after a few days with no reply i asked where the loan request was. and they said after contacting my employer there was no one by my name that had ever worked there. this was worrisome since i have been a employee with them for a while now. i asked who did you speak with. and they provided another company i have never heard of. not only they mixed my files with another of their customer they privacy breached my info to a third party company dont trust them. they are incompetent

After seeing all the positive reviews about ThunderLoan, I decided to give them a try.

It’s been a day now since I’ve last heard anything and you can’t even check the status of the loan application on their website.

Claims to be 24/7 customer service as well as fast that’s just false.

They used to have my back :(
