Excellent, every time again

Worst customer experience ever. Ordered a silk duvet. Package arrived, took out of the box first thing I saw was a huge booger on the plastic bag. Asked thx for a return label. Thx does not provide return labels, but they promised me to refund the postage costs. I also returned two pillowcases since after booger-gate my trust in thx went below zero. First thx didn't want to give me a full refund for the duvet. After arguing with them via email they stated that I must have got them wrong and proceeded to explain to me what they meant to say, which did not make it better, but they promised to give me a refund. It took them such an outrageous long time to give me the refund for all three things that I had to involve PayPal.

So, I ordered a silk duvet when I opened the package there was a not very subtle booger on the plastic bag that the duvet was in. I decided to return the item informing thx customer service I also sent a photo of the booger and asked for a return label. Thx does not provide return labels for any irregularities they informed me that I have to pay for postage, and that they would give me a refund for that. They also told me I would not get a full refund for the returned item. After a few arguments via email and some information about the legal situation in case they don't want to give the customer the full refund thx agreed to give me the full refund, theoretically... It took thx an outrageous amount of time and I had to write a couple of more emails and reviews to get my money back. I also returned two pillowcases same thing took forever to get a refund. Did not get the refund for the postage costs.

Habe den Kundendienst angeschrieben da die Decke unangenehm gerochen hat. Der Kundendienst hat innwrhalb von einem Tag reagiert. Ich soll die Decke auslüften, könnte sie auch zurück geben. Ich habe sie dann 2 Tage ausgelüftet und dann gewaschen. Geruch ist weg. Jetzt habe ich eine wunderbare kühlende Decke... Habe auch die Seidenbettwäsche von der Firma auch nach mehrmaligem waschen top

Tolle Seidenkissen, super Qualität

Toller Stoff; absolut angenehm zum Schlafen.

Wird etwas knuddelig am Morgen, das tut der Qualität aber keinen Abbruch.
