Good quality resistance bands
I ordered the resistance bands for Pilates as my previous one’s just snapped very quickly. I saw the reviews and how substantial they were. They arrived very quickly and good value.

Rectified order
I originally ordered 4 boxes of vetkin tape and only received 2. I sent an email with photo evidence and my issue straight away which was missed.
I have since received emails from Matthew with an apology and my order has been rectified. This was done quickly and sincerely. Thank you

Quality product
I used this to support my knee and also for my dog's elbow dysplasia. Easy to apply, good quality, reasonably priced, quick delivery; comfortable to wear; very happy to use this product and recommend.

Hello Sibylle, When we send out orders, all customers receive updates to track their delivery. We discussed this in our email reply to you. Royal Mail tried delivering your package twice, but no one was there to receive it.
As I mentioned before, you still have the option to schedule a redelivery following the instructions provided in the tracking details to ensure the package reaches you. While the parcel remains with Royal Mail and can still be delivered, we won't issue a refund. However, once it's returned to us, we'll proceed with the refund process.
We're disappointed that instead of arranging a simple redelivery, you chose to leave us a 1-star review. This step wouldn't have been necessary had you followed Royal Mail's instructions. As you can read in many of our reviews, our customers are quite satisfied with the customer service that we offer.
