Be careful if you want to return an…
Be careful if you want to return an item, it has cost me £49.10, (this was deducted off my refund) this is apparently a restocking fee! on top of this it cost me £27 to return the item. The box has never been opened so I do feel that this is extremely unfair. Please don't miss the small print, I will never order from here again! Other similar companies do not operate like this.

Before your return, we sent an email outlining the returns process, including a clear notice—in bold—about the 25% restocking fee and the reasons it may be applied. We also included a direct link to our full returns policy, which explains that this fee covers the manufacturer’s decontamination and inspection required before equipment can be safely returned to stock.
I’m sorry this information was missed, as we always aim to ensure our customers are fully informed.

We ordered a mobile hoist (SLK) and sling
We ordered a mobile hoist and sling. The sling we ordered was not available in the size we required so they called us and said they'd find a suitable replacement, which arrived the next day; and the hoist arrived the next working day. Thrilled with how well the hoist worked and how much easier it will make life. The following day we plugged in the charger but it wouldn't charge...called Tiacare and after a chat with their friendly staff, they arranged for the supplier to call me back, which they did in about 5 minutes and sorted the issue, which was our error. Through every stage, super friendly and helpful....5 star customer service, both Tiacare and WellWell!!

Pressure Cushion
I spoke at length to Mollie as I wanted to buy a pressure cushion that would be of real benefit to me. I didn’t know which one to choose and I wanted to get value for money. It was a relief when she recommended something at a lower price point, and didn’t just try to flog me the most expensive option. The cushion I bought has proven to be a great choice for me, doing exactly what I need it to do. Thank you Mollie for making it a great experience for me.

Very unhappy
Ordered mobility scooter on Monday. Item arrived Tuesday @9.55am . But driver rushed off b4 I could get to the door rec a phone call at 10. day. Driver never came back numero emails & phone calls with Warren. Got a call back from a very unhelpful women who said it’s on the van now for delivery between 11 and 2, nobody turned up. On the Wednesday. More phone calls. No delivery then md called me on Thursday an . He had been told the scooter is on the van for delivery today. More phone calls with warren. Told mfrs are trying to contact DX the transport company & still no scooter
