Best Ticketing Platform For Small Businesses
I’ve used Ticket247 twice now to ticket my Urban Brunch events. From a sellers point of view the system is so easy to upload your event details and tweak as necessary from phone or laptop. It looks highly professional from the customer front end - and also covers a lot of Terms and Conditions which you may not consider as a vendor. Payment after the event is prompt - only about 2 days after roughly. There have been no delays or snags and the customer service team is very quick to come back on any queries you have. The actual scan function is decent too - simple process to allow any mobile devices with a camera to scan the tickets effectively. Love working with them and love supporting an independent business like myself! And the fees are very low cost vs the competition out there

We’ve used several ticketing platforms…
We’ve used several ticketing platforms over the years, but none compare to the service we’ve received from Ticket 247. The team is professional, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with.
The advanced payment option has been a game-changer for us, allowing us to cover artist fees upfront without having to ask performers to wait until after the show to be paid. It takes a huge amount of pressure off event planning.
Highly recommended for any promoter looking for reliable, supportive ticketing services.
