Wishing to celebrate my daughter's birthday, I contacted Ticketbox.mu via Facebook. Mrs Neha Guness promptly replied to my msg and acted effectively and efficiently to all my requests. Accordingly she proposed to me Sea diamond & Spa hotel at Calodyne which suit us. I didn't have so much time and booking was made on the eve but Mrs. N. Guness made all arrangements with the hotel e.g. our junior suite was interconnected, halaal food n birthday celebration. She also facilitated payment with her colleague at the kiosk of Tribecca mall for me. We had great moments at the hotel. Staff was very helpful. We were surprised by the hospitality there. Keep it up Neha 💯 Wishing Happy New Year to all of you.

It was a bit disappointing to order on the website, as it shows availability for some hotels but then same is not available.

However i really appreciate the prompt attention given to me, and helping me to make a another choice on the availability and as per my preference for my day package.

Big thanks to Ms Neha for helping me out.

My experience specifically with Mr.Chundun was exceptional. He took great care of my requests for hotel search and catered for the limited time that I had while booking hotel stays for me and my family.

Ticketbox.mu is really very good, i have contacted ticketbox various times this year for family and friends hotel stays and day packages and am truly impressed by the exceptional service, customer care and hospitality offered by all ticketbox agents, most specially Mrs Reshma who has been Outstanding every time.. within short delay, Mrs Reshma has done her best to look for availability at hotels for my family at both Le Jadis and Tarisa Resorts and also my request for one night instead of 2 minimum required nights were also entertained by Mrs Reshma and which is a Note of High Appreciation from my family and myself.. For all family activities, hotels, etc, I will contact Ticketbox since am very satisfied with its Superb and Prompt Service Delivery.. I went for a day package with my family at ocean creak hotel it was very nice very welcoming z staff was very helpful. Especially at z reception desk the lady warmly welcome me N family explained all in details very clearly. Service by z waiter Mr Abishek was excellent. Unfortunately couldn't give him a tips as his duty was already finished but surely next time will double it for him. I appreciate z hamam very well enjoyed N z food N cakes was hmmmmm very delicious. Highly recommended for ocean creak hotel. It's one of my bestest. REALLY.
