We booked the Sonu Nigam concert and a Hotel stay. Both booking procedures went very smoothly and the team at Ticketbox were very proactive.

For the Hotel stay, after booking via the website, I was contacted by Nushraat who explained everything very clearly and the booking confirmation came within less than 15 minutes.

Overall a great experience with Ticketbox!

Great service and quick. Your website isnt as intuitive as noudeal for example. I selected two nights and your site kept showing 1 for some reason. Looks like a refresh issue. It took me some 15 mins to get it to work. Fix it, your UI is great though. Introduce online payment if you want to compete with marideal.

Being a mauritian, I think u should work on the price,esp. for middle class people even we want some leisure time with families but due to its price,some often feel deprived of happiness or pleasure, I hope my message is clear, n I wish u we get the chance to stay more days in an affordable n cost effective concept 🥰
