We booked five VVIP tickets (Seats D38 to D42) for the Hansraj concert on 03/03/25, expecting a seamless experience. However, upon arrival, we found that our seats were already occupied—and to our shock, multiple people had the same seat numbers as us! After waiting 20–25 minutes for them to sort this mess out, we were forced to sit separately, which was not what we paid for. The seating arrangement was also completely off, with chairs placed at an awkward angle instead of facing the stage.

The worst part? The staff’s attitude. Instead of genuinely solving the issue, the person in charge rudely told us we could either sit separately or leave and get a refund. That’s not how you treat customers who paid for a premium experience!

This was our first and last time booking with Ticketbox. We previously used Otayo with zero issues, and now I regret switching organizers. Ticketbox is highly unprofessional and unreliable—I would not recommend them to anyone!

The hotel staff was so welcoming. From the tasty food to the activities and the room service, there was much to choose from. We were able to extend our checkout time from 2pm to 6pm without being charged. Could not ask for me. SO WORTH IT.
