Implemented features I inquired about. Developer was very easy to talk to and receptive to feedback. I wish the free version did a little bit more initially but I ended up on their Enterprise plan and it has been the best experience so far.

The team is prompt to respond to emails, overall i had a pleasant experience and the service is very solid considering they are fairly new. Looking forward to that Modmail update

Best Ticket bot for Discord!!
Overall, TicketCord is a great bot. It does exactly what I need and what it's supposed to do, and works smoothly. What really stands out is the customer support. It's incredibly fast and responsive. I submitted a few feature requests and the owner actually implemented them in less than a week. That kind of dedication to user feedback is rare and really appreciated. And yes, it's still in the early stages, but honestly that makes it even more impressive. The foundation started and how quickly they develop our response to suggestions, I can only see it getting better from there. I highly recommend it!
