I paid for express post as my grandson was here for a week. It turned up 14 days later. I will never buy from them again!

I had to put one star in but they dont deserve that

Terrible company. Placed an order on 2 April 2020. Never receive the goods. Have requested refund and they will not respond. Do not so business with this company. It is a scam.

My purchase of Sneakers went very smoothly. I received them in 20 days and am very satisfied. I took a walk today and they are very comfortable.

Yep. Don't order from here. I wish I would have read reviews first. Company based in London, all products come from China. I ordered two months ago, mid June, it was delivered today, baby gifts to my son and his expecting wife. I never got an order confirmation but my order was well over $125 and I ordered several items. Only the two smallest and cheapest items were delivered. In two months. This company, if you can call it that, is a scam. I'll be filing a fraud claim with my credit card company.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I ordered something in March. I periodically would check the status and in July it said it had been delivered in June in my mailbox. First, this was not an item that would have fit in a mailbox. I emailed saying I never received it and wanted the item or my money back. The only response I got over 24 hours later was “well it shows it was delivered.” It’s a scam. Don’t ever order from here.

Total fraud! Same as everyone else, I never received any part of my order after 4.5 months and many follow ups. Never ever buy anything from this company.

This company is nothing short of a scam. As has been written here. An order took three months to arrive and then was nothing short of a bad joke. Multiple phone calls to them went unanswered. Tiddly tots should be out of business ASAP.

This company takes your money and doesn't send your order. They reply with a few automated responses then go quiet. Raised a dispute with PayPal

My experience was the same as others have mentioned. At the start of the current COVID-19 pandemic it was nearly impossible to find toilet paper anywhere. Tiddlytots had it and I ordered 20 rolls. I just received the TP yesterday after 3 months and many emails to inquire about delivery date. Each time I was given an estimate of when the order would arrive but it never did until yesterday. The 20 rolls are like nothing I have ever seen. They are about 1/4 of the size of normal rolls of toilet paper. They cannot be returned. And, I paid $43 for the equivalent of about 5 rolls of toilet paper.

We bought TP from the website. It took 3 months to arrive. It looks like pretend tp for a doll house. Teeny tiny paper. Don’t buy it.

Ordered 30 rolls of toilet paper for $59.95 free shipping ha ha. Took 3 months for delivery. Sent them many emails, and they just kept saying it is coming. The tracking information for terrible.
Upon arrival found that the rolls were about 1/3 the size of a normal roll of toilet paper. They claimed the size was in the description. No it was not. They offered to take them back and give me a refund.
Only problem was my cost to ship back to China was more almost as much as I paid so it wasn't worth. I have no idea how they stay in business

Total scam- they will send you nothing and blame it on customs. They are crooks. Read the reviews- it's a pattern of poor behavior.

If I could give negative stars I would. Judging from other reviews others have had similar experiences to mine. On April 12th I placed an order for toilet paper. I purchased it when there was no availability in stores or online. The Tiddly Tots website was the only one listing it as in stock and ready to ship. No mention that it was coming from China. It was only a couple days after I placed the order that I learned it was coming from China and could take 2-3 weeks to arrive, very deceptive! I wasn't happy but had no alternative
I had not received my order by June 1st so I reached out to their support advising it was almost two months since I placed the order, indicating the crisis was well behind us and I no longer needed the product. I requested that the order be canceled and my money refunded
They responded that my order “is in the US at a USPS arrival centre”, indicating” when USPS scans the item to confirm they have received it, they will process it for delivery.” No offer to cancel and refund my money.
On June 14th I reached out again indicating that I no longer need the product and that I thought their service was abysmal. I told them I tracked the order and tracking indicated it was still in China. I stated I don't want any more promises just cancellation and a refund of my money. On June 15th I was told “Unfortunately, as your order has been shipped out, we cannot cancel it or issue a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund unless the items are returned back to us.” Anyone see the irony in that?

I received another reply on June 16 telling me “Upon checking, it is due to be out for delivery.”
As of today (June 28) still nothing!
Bottom line these guys are fraudsters. My advice steer clear!!

Horrible, scam BS.. I ordered April 18 it is now may 29. Not a peep , tracking does not work. I got one reply that said 10-12 business day over a month ago... Rip off, scam.. you wouldn't get 1 star if I didn't have to .. 000000 stars..
