You shouldn't be allowed to sell your goods on line. I can purchase goods at a quarter of the price via Ebay,Amazon, with no hidden transport and VAT costs.You are a con with all the add ons.

Been waiting nearly a month for delivery Unable to contact them Price was much more than advertised with shipping etc Obviously this is a firm which should not be allowed to advertise on fb etc

I ordered a kraken rum octopus bottle and it was advertised full of rum but what I got was just an empty bottle it took 2 months to get here and very hard to get a response from the company I had to take it up with PayPal to get answers but all they say is what I got was what I ordered,very bad company would definitely not recommend

If I could have I would’ve not gave a star. Ordered 2.bags, backpack style when they came the stitching and lining were unravelling, contacted them immediately they kept offering me money and keep the bags£8.00 was highest and return items. PayPal stepped in waiting on money back. I haven’t address to return bags don’t know what to do with them. (Apart from dump them) . Taught me a lesson. The ad actually said it was a British company with a different name.PLEASE STAY AWAY. Thank you PayPal.

Ordered 2 items, charged more than advert, contacted PayPal who got a message saying it was in transit and nothing. Been nearly 3 months....SCAM!

Ordered a purse that I saw on Facebook they took more money than it said 3 weeks has passed still not arrived

Bought an item for £13.99 plus £4.99 shipping, so £18.98 total. Paid with PayPal who then told me I had paid £24.60. No mention during the buying process that tax would be payable, and what rate of tax is £5.62on a £13.99 purchase? I make it an extra 40%on the quoted price, crooks, what justifies 40% tax?
Paypal refunded the excess payment but it’s no surprise that now,on 4th June, the item has still not arrived. Does anyone need any more evidence about how dishonest these people are?

Ordered a miter guage Feb 20, 2026. Received several notices that item had shipped and was at different places from Austria to US and finally to Racine. Then after another month I got a notice my item had been delivered March 30 to College Station Post Office. I went to Post Office with the tracking number and they said the number was not in their system. Finally after lots of back and forth with Tidepick they gave me a new tracking number but still claimed it was delivered. Again the USPS who Tidepick said was the shipper, did not have the number in their system. Tidepick found another shipping number so I returned to the post office. That number was a good number and had been delivered; however, not to me but to another address 5 miles away. Checking it out it was not my order, was not a miter guage or any kind of equipment at all. Paypal got involved but Tidepick still claims the order was delivered. A bad $125 lesson. Wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered. Scam company in every way.

Ordered bag but received 2 small tops di not order from this place AVOID will not refund money

I ordered couple items. Delivery address was Australia. When ordering the invoice came up as $99. No mention of USD. After paying by paypal i noticed i had been charged over $170. Within 10 minutes of placing the order i emailed company to say cancel order. They have refused saying that the order had already been packed and despatched. I highly doubt that they were able to ship in 10 minutes. Okay i have received the $20 discount that was overcharged as well. Also i have just received the parcel. It was well packed and i am happy with the product. Just be aware that invoice will be USD dollars and you will be charged goods and services tax on top of that and when calculating in AUD it can be a significant amount extra.

Horrible company, customer service never responds, ordered 6 weeks ago, tracking is a joke, it never moves, and it never arrives, avoid at all costs

I was worried as after I ordered I read the reviews saying it was a scam but they always replied to my emails and I received an email from the courier It took a month from ordering to receiving but I received it today just in time for xmas

NEVER EVER buy from this company!! The item never arrives, they charge more than the receipt says and responses from the company are all generic. Despite saying they are in contact with the shipping partner, they never will provide a tracking number and refuse a refund because they claim it shipped. This company is an absolute scam. I wish I could give zero stars.

I had the exact same experience as another reviewer. With the same product: Predator support doll. The tracking, if legit, ended when the product supposedly arrived in the US. From there all updates ended. After two weeks I contacted customer support, and they said a replacement was being sent. No proof of a resent product was communicated. I just contacted customer support again for a full refund. I'm not holding my breath. But I will be contacting American Express to warn them of this vendor.
