I've bought now several pairs over the years, and these are the most comfortable shoes for me. These are my everyday shoes, and I prefer them to sneakers in the summer.

I really had a great experience with it .

I hesitated because of the price, but after wearing them for weeks, I get it. They’re worth every penny. I know it's sometimes hard to splurge on expensive items, but these are definitely worth it.

I walk and take public transport daily, and these hold up like a dream. No sore feet, even after long days on the go.

Soft, flexible, and molds to my feet perfectly. I’ve never worn a pair of flats this comfortable before. I have the Rouge pair and my only complaint is I wish they had more suede options. They are like butter and I would love to own them in more colors.

It's so refreshing to find flats that come in such unique and beautiful colors! I have three pairs now and always get compliments when I wear them.

I wear them to work, to brunch, and even on casual outings. They elevate any look effortlessly.

Much ado about not much, especially for the price. These shoes come beautifully packaged, but the shoe itself is thin and lacking any support. If your feet are in great shape and they can take a little abuse, then go for it. But if you like a little padding, like I do, or if you walk on irregular surfaces, you might want to find different flats. In the plus side, their customer service was great, and the return couldn’t have been easier.

I recently made a purchase on Tieks and it was a totally horrible experience. After purchasing using my credit card, I received an email that the purchase triggered a fraud alert. The company sent me an email asking me for a government-issued ID and a photo of my credit card. Terrible experience and certainly my last time to make such a purchase. Terrible customer service. When something goes wrong, you need to sweat it out to get your money back

I started collecting Tieks the year 2016 . I cant tell you how much I have enjoyed owning the shoes. On 12/07/22, I called due the fact I ordered my daughter the sapphire Tieks for my Christmas. I know she would have appreciated the sapphire topper instead of the gold topper. The customer relations specialist went above and beyond. I love Tieks they are amazing.

When I say amazing customer service, I mean it 100 times more with tieks CS! I first ordered about two years ago. Literally got addicted to them and now have over 19 pairs! These shoes are worth every single penny, the quality is ahhhhmazing and they’re so comfy! Their customer svc is at the very very top of the industry. I can’t say enough great about them and how they will help you with issues, personalize cards anyway you want, send you amazing gifts if they have extra and honestly you feel like a friend after even one interaction with their customer service. Thank you a million times over tieks! 💜 from one of your biggest tiekster fam!

Excellent product and service; the shoes are of exceptional quality (as they should be -- they are pricey!), shipping is fast (I have usually received my order within 2-3 days of ordering), and customer service is friendly, responsive, and efficient. They even include a handwritten note with each order!
