50/50 on the service

Ordered twice from here this week and received a straight forward delivery on the first, shipped the day after and at my home by Thursday. However my second order, placed a day after the first has not moved an inch, despite advertising same day shipping before 1pm. No label printed and I’m left in the dark about my order following an email sent. There’s no real way to chase your order and that’s not a great feeling for a buyer trying out a new store. I wanted to give a better review as my first order went without a hitch but then just an explanation would do so much to help on the second. I can see from other reviews there has been some issues as of late, better communication would do a lot right now.

Item marked as dispatched 6 days ago, courier still hasn't received it

As the title suggests, ordered a pre order that was marked as dispatched on release date. However despite this 6 days later (and counting) the tracking number says that the courier, in this instance it's royal mail haven't received it. I've ordered from here regularly and never had a problem before, has made me unsure if I will continue giving this place my custom as this is disappointing. Was told by customer service today if they still hadn't received my package they'd send out a replacement and let me know, I never heard anything.

Update: Arrived a week after dispatch with one card missing, reached out too hopefully get it rectified.

Based on information from Royal Mail, it was expected to arrive yesterday then by today, but they only updated late this afternoon to confirm a delay, which sadly is outside of our control.

TZG, a Store to Trust

When AGOV got released in 2023 I needed a good place to get my Horus cards, I was looking for a reliable store that could ship my order to Colombia and that could be transparent about all the different custom details and that used a good logistics like DHL... I tried TZG.
3 Years later I'm still purchasing from them, and all my TCG friends from Colombia have found a safe stop in TierZero to get their cards.
You can tell that Oliver and the team genuinely care about every order they handle, and that level of dedication gives me a lot of confidence in their service.

Huge Lack of communication and Customer Support.

This is the only place that get any customer response, so here I am.
I ordered a bunch of cards 10 days ago (6th) and have since had no information what so ever about shipment delivery or anything. I understand that delays happen and things don't go as planned however, having no communication at all isn't acceptable especially using the contacts provided for these issues when contacted multiple times.
From the 9th when the order went through to be sent to my courier till now there has been no information about the whereabouts of my 3 orders (14 Cards). I have directly asked my courier and the say that they haven't received it yet. I have used the bot function on the website over multiple days with zero responses from someone, the number provided is always on "Line busy" Friday-Monday all day so far, I have emailed with again zero response.
I don't get the point of having these features if they don't get responded to over multiple days. The communication is severely lacking compared to their competitors that have had issues and delays this year.
The sad thing is I am a first time buyer and had heard good things about Tier Zero Games before and decided to check them out, but this experience has really turned me off.

First of all, we’re very sorry for the experience you’ve had and for the lack of direct response to your messages.

Over the past month we experienced an unexpected operational issue after a member of our small team suffered a serious injury. This temporarily reduced our capacity while we reorganised staff to ensure continuity of operations. As a result, some orders—including yours—tooklonger than normal to dispatch.

During this period we placed banners on our website and implemented automated email responses explaining that delays were occurring so customers were aware before contacting us. However, we understand that if you were trying to reach us directly and didn’t receive a personal reply, that would understandably be frustrating.

Your feedback about communication is completely fair, and we are actively working through the backlog of orders and enquiries as quickly as possible. Our goal is always to provide both competitive pricing and reliable service, and we regret that your first experience with us hasn’t reflected the standard we aim to maintain.

UPDATE: Order never shipped, take too long to respond.

Would encourage store to be more transparent with situations over email and/or making a pop up on the home page. The small font on top of the site did not help, nor to follow social media for updates.

Your order was impacted by dispatch delays that were communicated on our website at the time of purchase. In addition, Royal Mail closed their Tracked & Signed service for large letters and above, which directly affected our ability to ship your order as originally planned.

To resolve this as quickly as possible and avoid any further delay, we upgraded your shipment to DHL Express at no cost to you. This upgrade cost us a significant portion of the total order value, but we felt it was the right thing to do to ensure you received your cards promptly and securely.

I have dealt with Tier Zero Games for over ten years. I started back at Nats in Birmingham, and Ollie, sorted everything out I needed for the event and a bit of bling on the side. Consistently, they have delivered and I would recommend them. Thank you for what you do. I shall continue to buy from them!

Inaccurate order

I got sent out a Weiss, Lightsworn archfiend instead of my second Veidos the Eruption Dragon that I ordered. I also got a 4th awakening of Veidos which i didn't order.
