I deposited $350 the other day. It came up that I only had $60 in my account. I called them, and they told me that I placed a margin trade a few months ago and that I was $170 in the red. They then sent me an email saying I was $0.70 in the red, and if I didn't pay them, I would receive more interest on this. I will be withdrawing my money and going somewhere else.

The worst traders I've even dealt with. One of their main his CHOW answers the phone and won't speak. He lies all the time and when you have a problem they will tell you that CHOW no longer works there, in the same day I comained. They are totally useless. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. Use superhero. It's aussie based and awesome. TIGERTRADE are the absolute worst you can find. So many issues with the. STAY AWAY FROM TIGER TRADE. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL PEOPLE. I swear to God these guys are bad. If you want to worry about your money then these are the guys for you. They truly don't care about you one bit at all.

As a customer of tigerbrokers in Australia, I think their APP interface is very neat, and the Australian stock commission is very low, which meets my trading needs. In particular, it also has the options trading function of US stocks, which is better than the products of CBA Bank in Australia in terms of fees and rates. Completely easy to use

My question is, why is it hard for Tiger broker to fill my orders, especially pre-market in USA.
Even during market hours I will place an order and it will not be filled, I called customer care to complain ,no body has gothen back to me.
I prefare pre-market trading, as it is now am struggling to trade at this hour, and Tiger broker stated you can trade Pre & post market hour.From my experiences is not working ,please do something about it.The platform is wonderful,no doubt about that. They need the work on fast execution of orders.

Tiger Brokers customer service agent is very very lousy. She gave me the wrong instructions to transfer my money in the [future] a/c and couldn't transfer it. She promised to return my call but didn't. That was in March. Now it is July. I tried calling tiger brokers again but have yet to resolve this issue.
As a result of her mistakes, I lost $$ on currency exchanges and was charged interest (even it was 0.49 USD) I am very pissed.

I was a bit skeptical in the beginning but after I gave them a chance they proved me wrong by showing me the steady return that they are advertising them selfs with . Thanks =) !

I'm using it for more than a year now. Awesome app with great community features. The Mac version is very rich in terms of market data and chart indicators - absolutely love it. I have transferred stocks to them from other brokerage firms - the process is quick and easy with no fees at all. The support answers any question in no time.

They are scam, I sent them money there are not refunding nor showing a deposit in my account. Whenever I contact them they come with a different story, actually, they are a Bejing-based scam.
