Not worth the money
I ordered this two years ago and truly speaking not sure what do do with it anymore. The stand is horribly rusted with white paint chipping off and I think it is a safety issue due to that. As my purchase reached two years right now the customer service is none. They suggested to me to buy new stand which hopefully will be rust free for £950 (note the description is vague and again does not promise or guarantee that at all) definitely not suitable for outdoor use with that stand! White paint is not durable and it chips off even during first set up.

We are always here to provide our support and to help you - especially if there is a problem with any of our products.
We do, however, have different ranges within our TiiPii Bed collection - and these are determined about ‘how’ and ‘where’ you wish to use your TiiPii Bed.
We do state clearly that the Classic collection (with the powder coated white Stand, that you have) is for indoor and ‘light’ outdoor use. These materials are perfectly fine to enjoy outside in the sunshine- but we do clearly state on our website, in our product descriptions, and in the care manual to pack or stow these items away in periods of inclement weather, when out of season or when not in use for a prolonged amount of time.
When left outside permanently, all powder coated steel products will eventually begin to be affected by the elements - no matter what product or placement it is in - and not just within the TiiPii Bed range.
For this reason, we went back to the drawing board and designed the ‘Deluxe’ TiiPii Bed range. The materials in the Deluxe range are purposefully selected for their outdoor resilience and suitability - and are completely different from the Classic collection materials.
We are sorry that we were not able to replace your Stand after 2 years being outside, as this is not a product that we ever advised is suitable for prolonged outdoor use, we do hope you understand.
However, we always want to maintain our customer’s happiness - it’s our utmost priority! So if you’d kindly get in touch directly with us at hello@tiipiibed.com we’ll see what we can do :)

Could not be happier with my recent TiiPii bed purchase. Great for those lazy afternoon or whenever you just want to get super comfy and relax for a few hours. Amazing quality and the customer service was of the highest standard. I would highly recommend to anyone 10/10

The favourite new family spot
Our family loves our TiiPii. It was a gift from my sister and we've freehung it on our verandah. Such a relaxing addition to our afternoons after school. Friendly and helpful customer service when I contacted them with a query too, thank you.

CLASSY KITS - our hotel guests absolutely love them!!!
I have a beautiful holiday complex in Devon comprising of four delightful barn conversions, with an indoor swimming pool.
I ordered two Deluxe TiiPii Bed sets last year as I wanted to enhance the look and the guests facilities to make things more exciting for our guests. They can hang out in these fabulous hanging bed sets with friends and family, chilling and having fun together.
I decided to put one of the TiiPii beds free-hanging inside one of our barn conversions this winter and the response was fantastic- our guests have been so impressed. Our bookings have seen an uplift for this barn conversion as a result, which has been unexpected yet amazing.
I used the other one in our communal sheltered place so our guests could enjoy being outside, relaxing and enjoying the beauty of the Devon countryside.
They've been a truly magnificent hit with our guests . I am going to buy another two for this coming summer season. We have some weddings booked in this year and they will certainly without doubt be a highlight added to the wedding guests!
I have had nothing but positive feed back from all my guests. And I additionally think they look beautiful anywhere you put them and are pretty easy to put up and take down. They have great packing and take up little space when not in use.

Really happy with our set
Really happy with our set. The weather has been fine so not really used our cover but spent plenty of time on the bed. All arrived together quickly and no problems assembling. More space inside than we were expecting and looks great. Very happy.

This is coming across as a scam. Ordered the classic large tiipii for 499.00 on August 7, sent One email the same day that it is getting ready to be shipped. Today is August 31, and nothing. I have sent 4 emails and no replies. I want to cancel and never buy anything from this company. Big disappointment!

I can speak highly enough about this company and product. I purchased it a long time ago, and when I opened it there was a problem with one of the pieces.
This company bent over backwards to resolve the problems. They went far beyond what I expected.

No Pillows, ugh! Where to buy?
I have downgraded my review because the bed is already wearing from the weather. It has started sagging in the middle. We have had it up for 5 days now, mind you, it has rained for the last 4 days, but I would think an item made for the outdoors would be able to withstand the rain.
Thank you for your response. I have noted that you do not include pillows and appreciate your response. We just put our bed up and it looks fabulous! One major issue is we can't find a round pillow the size we need to fit inside the swing bed for outdoors. Actually, we can't find it with indoor fabric either. I am disappointed because we especially purchased the bed because of how comfortable it looked with the large pillow on the bottom and the smaller pillows surrounding it. There is no information on the Tiipii site where to get pillows and I just spent 3 hours searching the web and can't find any round pillows 65" diameter or a little smaller. UGH, I have to return it as it won't work for us without a large pillow. They should have options for those that buy this product if they are not going to sell the pillows on the site.

In regards to your complaint re cushions, we do not currently sell, or advertise to sell any cushions at the moment unfortunately... it is on our 'To-Do list' however this will hopefully be at the start of next year!
Please note that we do in fact disclose this in our listing images, where we state '*Cushions not included' on each main image that is shown as an accessorised TiiPii Bed, to avoid any confusion.
The cushions that we currently display are very easily found at various design shops and high street stores, and even off of the internet by typing the size you desire. Generally we use cushions that are 20 inches or above - but an assortment of sizes look great and are super comfy! :)
If you would kindly reconsider your 3 star review, as we really do strive for great reviews and customer service - and average ratings really damage us. Please remember that you are rating our TiiPii Bed product on here, (which you said was rather fab), and not items that we do not currently advertise to sell.

I absolutely love my TiiPii Bed. I have added it to my backyard deck and it has become my summer vacation spot. I love that my husband and I can chill out or I can go do my work in a comfortable environment while enjoying some sun. I can also block the sun as well. I added some pillows and memory foam and I am off into heaven. It is like being on a beach. Thank you for a well-designed, bug-free refuge. I have the deluxe 6-foot version. I was going to buy a cheaper model from another company but I am so glad that I did not. If I could give 10 stars I would!!

Tiipii Classic DayBed Set ( Large)
Purchased Tiipii Classic Bed Set which included, Bed, Net, White Stand & Poncho... arrived just three days later.
Positives are that the bed overall look is fabulous, looks great in the garden, extremely stylish.
Negatives so far are that the Poncho was not delivered with the rest of the items and I’ve received no notification from Tiipii as to when I can expect to receive it. The white power coated metal Stand does have some discolouration and marking especially on the Crown Area.
So all in all it looks great but close up not so great for the price paid.

I purchased my Tiipii from Cuckooland and I absolutely love it. After reading a review were someone had difficulty putting their bed together I was a little worried, however, I'm a middle aged woman and I put mine together, complete with stand in around 30 minutes after finishing a heavy night shift at the Hospital!
I love it, it's such a peaceful place.A great way to relax rest and recharge. It is expensive as a complete kit but it has truly helped me to step off a stressful world.
It is well made, there is plenty tension in the base, so very little sagging. The material is strong and has a quality feel about it. The maximum weight it can take is 40 stone...so very sturdy.
It is absolutely mine and the dogs favourite space
