Value for money on the tiles although delivery was steep at £55 for 3 boxes of tiles. Fantastic customer service and delivery. Delivery driver checked in advance to ensure a smooth delivery. Highly recommended.

Tried to find 690 x 240 tiles to match old broken ones, and Tiles4Less were very helpful on the phone, locating the right tiles. That was on a Thursday, and the tiles arrived early Monday morning. Helen was really helpful in every way, she made the whole interaction very easy and quick.

Products fine and priced well but the postage is outrageous especially for smaller orders and if you need an extra pack of tiles. The delivery cost was more than the tiles both times

I was looking everywhere for a specific dark anthracite lounge long narrow tile from RAK ceramics, having obtained a sample of the standard anthracite elsewhere. On Tiles4Less I found exactly what I was looking for, plus some really sexy dark anthracite mosaic tiles. Each time I added the product to my basket, a pack of standard sized tiles was added instead. A quick call to the helpline resulted in a promise to resolve the issue but also a warning that only 3 boxes remained in stock. I was planning on obtaining a sample but gambled and placed the full order instead including £30 delivery. The tiles arrived promptly and are absolutely perfect.

Ordered online after a few questions answered by Darren over the telephone and by email. He was very helpful.
Product arrived (on three pallets) within only a few days, delivery driver very personable and helpful.
I personally unpacked and moved each slab to the site, no damage in transit, the slabs had been very well packaged in wooden crates, plastic bound on wooden pallets.
Excellent quality slabs purchased to lay a patio.
No hesitation in recommending this company.
