Do not buy from this company
Do not buy from this company. I ordered an expensive dog bed which turned out to be of substandard quality. On complaining and asking to return the item, they agreed that "Our quality team has gone through your photos carefully, and they agree with you. The sides and filling on your Dog Sofa Bed are too shallow, and the seams showing underneath are not the finish a TillyPaw bed should have. You were right to expect it to be at least as good as the bed you already have." For a fee, they offered to send me a replacement bed. However by this point I had decided that I didn't want any replacement but a full refund. Unfortunately although their website says that 'Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery', on contacting them I discovered that the product would need to be returned to China. The cost would be almost as much as the item I purchased.
In the end they offered me 20% discount which I decided to accept. But I will not be using this company again.
