Tried placing an order MULTIPLE times all for their website to say "oh snap theres been a problem" OR "invalid payment toke" I reached out to customer service and they said to clear my cookie/cache or use a different browser. I already did all those things. April then said "sounds like a webiste issue" LIKE NO SHIT CAN SOMEONE FIX IT? I finally got my order placed by checking out as a guest so then I couldn't claim my rewards or earn any points. Gunna have my son start shopping elsewhere.

Lousy customer service

I placed an order on 03/10 and received an email on 03/12 saying it was delivered, but I never received the package. I called customer service and spoke with April, explained the situation, and was basically told to investigate the delivery myself, submit photos of my home, and fill out multiple forms — all before the company even contacts the carrier. I look online and nothing of all these conditions are listed under their website. They should let clients know before they spend their money purchasing with Tillys.
This is unacceptable and extremely poor customer service.

My Tilley tuff pants ripped the first…

My Tilley tuff pants ripped the first day up the middle of the rear of the pants. There was very little stress on the pants. 2nd day another pair ripped up the pocket seam at rear to belt line. There were no snags on anything. I am a construction manager and I don’t wear my pants very hard. I was very disappointed after spending 400$ on Tilley product at Rona in Kelowna bc. Colin.

Terrible online experience

Terrible online experience, two charges and I still don’t have my order, I want to cancel my order and they have me on the phone for a while, if you can, please don’t buy from their website, it’s a waist of time and trust that they will not help you at all

Zero stars if I could. Tillys is a joke.

Zero stars if I could. I ordered a package February 18th, received an email saying it shipped the 19th. To this day it is still sitting on awaiting carrier pickup. I have contacted Tillys and am just given the run around. I have contacted FedEx who says Tillys has not given them the package and not arranged for a pickup, so it seems Tillys is just lying about even shipping it. They’re refusing to refund me, said they have to “open a claim.” The claim has been open for 4 days now and still no answer as to what happened with my package. So basically I’m out $80 for a package I’ll most likely never receive and their customer service is so bad and does not seem to care at all. DO NOT SHOP ONLINE HERE. If you have a Tillys near you, go in store, but definitely do not order offline. I don’t have one near me so unfortunately I did not have a choice but it is a lesson learned. I will never shop here again.

Tillys is the worse retailer

Tillys is the worse retailer. I ordered from them Feb. 12th for overnight delivery and to this day I haven't received my order. It's still awaiting carrier for pick up when I check the status. They don't know where my order is at. Horrible customer service.

A total farce of a company

A total farce of a company. I placed two separate orders that were supposedly shipped on the same day (with unique tracking numbers). Only one package arrived, the other was nowhere to be found. The delivery confirmation photos are literally identical. Both showing the exact same image of a single package. Then they claimed they aren't responsible for stolen packages and that I should file a police report. Blatantly ignoring the fact that the two packages have the same delivery confirmation photo which of course only shows a single package (which in fact was not stolen). Perhaps that's an issue with the carrier, but Tilly's wouldn't even acknowledge that it made no sense. Goons. Shouldn't be in business at all.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Shoes I ordered were never delivered. Delivery photo showed white paper. Opened a claim, waited for a month. Never received a refund or the shoes. Never ordering again. Shoes never delivered. I filed a claim, provided verification of my front door-even though the delivery photo only showed the corner of the package and not the actual location. I was neither refunded nor sent a replacement. I believe everything is fake about this site.

Zero stars. Tried to cancel my order via email 15 min after ordering and also made a phone call to customer service before my order even shipped because I found the item for half the price. They refused and created a shipping label immediately after I spoke with customer service knowing that I didn’t want the item shipped. Don’t order from Tilly’s! theyre overpriced, charge too much for shipping in returns and have terrible customer service!

Scammed by Tilly's.

I ordered from Tilly's on the 2nd of December and as of the 31st of December I still have not received my items. These were suppose to be Christmas presents but that has now been ruined due to the lack of support and effort from Tilly's. I contacted 5 plus times in hopes of getting any information or help but instead was lied to about where my package was and received false package updates. To top it off, I haven't even received a refund and have now waited over a week just for the Supervisor to respond.

I received a 20% discount coupon code…

I received a 20% discount coupon code for being a first time customer. I couldn't get the code to work so I called customer service. I was told to go ahead and order the item and they would apply the credit after submitted the order. That didn't happen so I called them and they tried again and then said the code couldn't be applied to the sweatshirt I ordered. They refuse to honor what they told me. I would not have ordered that item if it couldn't be applied.

Does Tilly’s have a customer service dept…

Bought shirt online and it came with stain on it! Called customer service cause they wanted me to pay for shipping to return it when I wanted to keep it but needed new one due to stain! Was on hold for over 45 min and never got call back! Also emailed Tilly’s customer service and no one emailed me back either! Does anyone work for Tilly’s customer service?! Worst customer service ever!

4 to 5 week waiting delivery time and still not delivered.emailed the first time no response,2nd time sent a cheeky one and received a kert reply 4-5week delivery time, i get things from UK-USA quicker.IF the order finally gets here wont use again.

DON'T BUY ON TILLYS

Yesterday I bought G-Shock watch on Tillys, my money was withdrawn from my bank card, but on the website at the same time I saw an error that 'some error happened' and no order was present in the history and my account of Tillys. They do not respond to my email. They are thieves.

Don’t order anything near holidays

Said things would ship and arrive before Christmas and now we have been hit with “unexpected delays”. We ordered 2 weeks before and now who knows when items will arrive, they have no clue either…. If you can’t pick it up in store don’t bother.

Never Shop with them

My package was stolen and I provided proof. They wouldn’t offer a refund or a replacement. Told me to file a police report. No help at all. Most major companies will at least offer a replacement or a refund will never shop with this company again.

Tillys steal your money

At this point in time this company, Tillys, has $594 of my money and I have nothing to show for it!! They charged my Visa for three transactions that on my end of their website said "could not be completed" . They charged the amounts anyway and now I cannot get in contact with anyone. They do not return emails, they do not answer their Customer Service line, or call back. If you try and deal with the issue in store, they play dumb! Which they clearly are. ABSOLUTELY appalling business model. DO NOT use this company. They are hopeless and have no idea of customer service and making things right. Police action is my next step. They are thieves.

They cancelled my order right before Christmas

I ordered my son a lot of stuff from Tillys for Christmas and they just all of a sudden cancelled my entire order. They said they emailed me to call to verify info, but they never sent a single email. Now I'm having to rush to find Christmas for him. Never, EVER deal with this company.

Rude customer service representative, Alyssa. The information they give you online for delivery is inaccurate, so I assumed package was lost or stolen based on the information Tilly's gives the customer. Alyssa was snippy via the chat and curt.

This company will rip you off!

This company will rip you off. I ordered a watch online. They use average joes for delivery service like door dash. My item was supposed to to arrive on Friday 11/28/25. Average guy marks his delivery on Thanksgiving day 11/27/25 Conveniently for him no one was there to receive the package. He takes a pic of the delivery on my porch, but lo and behold there is no package. I complained to customer service about not receiving my package and they say we a photo of it on my property. No refund, and I have to buy another gift for Christmas. Absolutely horrible service. Zumiez uses fed ex and updates you on delivery. TILLYS will take your money with no remorse. Who delivers on holidays? Crooked thieves.
