An absolute pleasure to work with!
We’ve adopted 10 lovely chickens, who are settling in really nicely. The whole process was smooth and an all over lovely experience. Our girls are so sweet and very muchly loved.

I have adopted a horse prior to my latest hen adoption from Til the Coews Come Home. Like my horse adoption, the hen adoption was smooth and easy with great communication up to the adoption day. This charity is one of my favourites, run by passionate animal lovers whose staff are wonderful to deal with. I love all that you do. You are amazing!!!!

Great communication, love that they make sure the chooks are going to a good home. Good directions on how to collect, seamless on the day… and I lives that they did a follow up message a few days later to see how things were going

I sadly had to make the decision to rehome my two beautiful sheep. I contacted “Til the cows come home” and the whole process was so easy and they were very supportive of my decision and there was no judgement made. They found the most beautiful home for my two sheep and I was communicated with the whole time. One of the sheep had injured himself and they didn’t think twice and wanted him seen by the vet and there was no hesitation in medication and ensuring the sheep’s well being was put first. I was so grateful to the team and I wouldn’t hesitate to help them if needed and to recommend them to people I may know looking for a farm animal to adopt and absolutely anyone who wants to donate they are caring and absolutely do the right thing for these animals.

Kind & careful handling of chickens on hand-over; set a wonderful standard of care and experience of this organisation. A really stellar job to all your workers behind the scenes; making this chicken re-homing possible!! Congrats to you all!!

Great to deal with.

We got 3 rescue hens on the last adoption day. The girls are beautiful, curious and laying every day. This is the first time we decided to get a rescue hen and would absolutely recommend anyone to do this. Feels great to help these girls. We will adopt more on the next planned adoption day.

I recently adopted 3 chickens and the team at Till The Cows Come Home were fantastic at communicating, providing helpful guides and information and organising pick up. They continue to provide support and check in to make sure all is going well. The 3 girls and I are very happy with the experience!

Adopted a couple of hens recently. Til the cows come home are with you every step of the way. Making sure that the hens go to a good home. Giving hints and tips on how to look after the hens. Follow up message to make sure everything is alright and the hens have settled in well.

Our experience in adopting our two hens was incredible. This team is supportive, kind and diligent and we appreciated all their communication and ongoing support. Please help them re-home some beauties, this team has a heart of gold.

I adopted a hen recently and she is beautiful! Sadly I could only take the one as I have younger chicks, who she now happily follows around.
She's very friendly and hassle free and a lovely addition toy sunburn zoo. I highly recommend getting an adoptive animal from these guys, fantastic communicators and beautiful animals looking for a second chance.

I had a very great result,the staff were very helpful.the hens are settling in so well .They have started to lay.they are enjoying scratching in the soil

Simple, clear communication, focus on helping people understand how to best support the adoption in clear, appropriate ways, easy process and pick up, and all together delightful to deal with.

I have been fortunate enough to have the privilege of rescuing a group of hens through TTCCH, and I cannot express enough how important the work they do is.
When I arrived at the pickup location I burst into tears. The condition of the hens was a lot worse than I expected.
My rescue girls were in a heartbreaking state – missing most of their feathers, visibly worn out, and deficient in vital nutrients - even laying eggs without shells. It was evident they had never roosted before, having come from a commercial egg farm where they were treated as just egg-laying machines.

TTCCH gave these beautiful animals a second chance at life – one where they can actually scratch the earth, feel the sun on their feathers, and live like chickens should. Without the intervention of TTCCH, they would have just been discarded after their "useful" period was over.

It’s so beautiful for these hens to given the opportunity to heal, grow, and learn what it means to be a chicken again!

I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to give my lovely ladies a new life, and I wholeheartedly support TTCCH’s mission.

Good organisation doing good things. My experience was with rescue chickens but I know they also rescue all sorts of farm animals so if you can adopt from them I recommend you do so.
