Bought my second cabin from Timber kit buildings, once again I can’t thank the sales team (Natasha) for all there help and patience’s as I wasn’t sure what I wanted, I needed an office not to big, not to small and I preferred natural light, but I was on a tight budget, and what can I say the sales team delivered again, I purchased the Yorick garden office, this cabin is even better than I could have imagined and very modern with the big long windows, also big thanks to the support team, it’s been a few years since I last built my bar so I had forgot a few things, but with small bit of guidance it went up surprisingly quick and easy even for a part time DIY person, all I can say is thank you very much Timberkit buildings for all your help.

Bought just over 12 months ago a timber Gazebo from timberkitbuildings, had two carpenters fit it but unfortunately it was not storm proof, it is now lying across my garden in pieces. When it arrived we looked at the timber boards and noticed they were quite thin and were a bit worried however their website claims that they are weather proof and sturdy so I went ahead and had it built. I emailed with my issue but they were of no help just claimed that they are in fact standing over their belief that these products are all weather proof. Don't do like I did and go for the cheap option because its definitely not sturdy enough for ireland.

Very disappointed with this company, as another reviewer said once delivered you are forgotten. driver just unloaded timber pieces, not wrapped no invoice or email conformation, no instruction manual, I don't even have a picture to see what the finished product should look like, not sure if all the bits are even there. When I ring all the phone numbers there is no reply and I'm told - sorry mail box is full. I have emailed and left messages on the website, no response.
I have since had a reply from the company.
14/723 I am happy to say that I now have been sent instructions and an invoice. The company had sent the confirmation to the wrong email address it seems, all is resolved now however and I am happy with the outcome.

Bought one of their gazebo kits. Was literally the cheapest version of the classico gazebo in both IRE and UK. The friendly delivery man had to drive his fork lift a mile down our lane as the truck could not get turned. Was no problem. Kit itself was great quality. 2 man build over a couple of weekends. Delighted with this company. Quick response from their friendly sales lady. Would use again.

This is our second time using Timber kit buildings, and once again they have went above and beyond to accommodate our order., Natasha is always on hand to assist and make ordering as easy as possible. Product arrives nice and neat and the build I found really enjoyable to assemble with simple and clear instructions. I could not recommend timber kit buildings more highly 10/10

I bought from timberkitbuildings.ie and paid by PayPal for max log cabin, but my payment went to beaver log cabins, there was no mention of beaver on homepage or any form at all until receipt from PayPal. Timberkitbuildings.ie told me beaver is head office and supply the 1 & 2 bed log houses, I was a bit worried about this but waited for delivery anyway, delivery went well and log cabin arrived but on inspection a few of Wall boards were damaged and 12 roof boards short, I sent photos and Contacted timberkitbuildings.ie (natasha) I was assured someone would contact me, after several phonecalls, and emails I am still waiting after 2 weeks for someone to contact me, I have erected and finished log cabin but had to get Wall boards repaired and get roof boards elsewhere, the max log cabin looks great, but no after sales service whatsoever, I managed to fix the problems myself at a cost of about €150 but if anything more serious I would of been well out of pocket as definitely no aftersales service whatsoever, once paid for and delivered your forgotten,

We found this company online after contemplating the idea of putting up a 'garden bar' (wife's idea) and searching for suppliers of timber structures. Timberkitbuildings.ie were fantastic from the moment the order was placed, right up until the cabin was fully built. A really friendly and professional company to deal with. The cabin itself far exceeded our expectations. Good quality timber which proved to be easy to put up....my son and I managed it within 2 days and neither of us are experienced DIYers by any means (there's plenty of online advice to help). The thick wall timbers interlock and, given the precision, you can see that it is a very well made product. Given the current high price of timber we believe it was a great value item. It also came with good quality roof felt and IKO shingles for the roof covering. I cannot fault this product or the company customer service and highly recommend them. Wife is now hinting for a second cabin...so I'm off to the bar. :(
