I asked James to find me a specific new Rolex model, -one that tends to get snapped up quite quickly. When one came up just a few days later (registered as only 1 day old), James worked out of hours on the weekend to secure it for me after I paid a small deposit. I was contacted as soon as it arrived a couple of days later and viewed it in-store at the point of purchasing. It was exactly as described -perfect! In the conversation with James, I quickly realised his high level of knowledge and passion for luxury watches. He tailored the bracelet to fit my wrist and also kindly tested the power reserve on my existing watch when I said that I thought it was playing up, which was also a nice touch. I can happily recommend James and Time4People, and will return again as a customer in the future.

This is the second watch I've bought from James and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He has extensive knowledge of watches and is able to source most high end watchs, at great prices. Will be coming back!
