Time For Watches Opiniões 

Recientemente adquirí a través de su página web un reloj casio Collection modelo AQ-S820W-3BVEF HOMBRE.
Tal y como les comenté en varias ocasiones, el problema es la escasa legibilidad del display negativo que incorpora este reloj, problema que no se aprecia en las fotos que publicitan en su página web al mostrar el citado reloj. Les hice llegar ambas fotos, la de web y la del reloj recibido, para que ellos mismos lo comprobasen Solicité la devolución del artículo sin gastos de envío, ya que entiendo que las fotos que muestran en su web, no evidencian el problema de la falta de legibilidad del display descrito. Me devolvieron el dinero, pero no los gastos de devolución. No recomiendo a nadie esta empresa. Me he sentido engañado. Nunca más.

Price was amazing for my item. Shipping too a bit longer but for a small business within reason. Product arrived in new condition and as advertised. Have bought multiple items from online vendors that used Time For Watches as their source (the items were not watch related) and always had a decent experience in the end.

I placed my order on the 30th April and now it is the 17th may and still NO delivery made !
Timekings are not responding to my emails. I feel this company could be some kind of scam !

Bought my watch at time after time in Atlantic City. Watch fell apart less then a year after purchase. Thought they guarantee there expensive watches but apparently not. Took it back to Quakerbridge store and was told would cost $40.00 to repair. Then took too local jeweler and he fixed it for $15.00. I have no more time for time after time. Your time has run out!

Until Saturday a week ago, I was a very good customer of Time after Time in The Montgomery Mall for years where I always got my batteries replaced and new wrist bands put on my watches if they were needed to be replaced, and I always received good and courteous service. But on Saturday July 25th in the lower level store at that Mall, The young lady there was very rude, arrogant, and unprofessional! She said she would have my three watches done in 40 minutes and when I came back 45 minutes and she was taking her sweet old time with another customer who probably was a friend of hers, when about 30 minutes later she finally acknowledged me, she very rudely and unapologetically said "YOUR WATCHES ARE NOT DONE YET!! Naturally I became infuriated towards her, and told her to give me my watches back and you have now lost a good customer and I will never come back here again!! She was even going to charge me $22 for each battery which is outrageous! I got them done at a jeweler in Lansdale, Pa for $15 each watch, only took them 15 minutes to do them and with quality service and courtesy! I will never go to Time After Time again, you have lost a good customer, and you have this very rude and arrogant young lady to thank for that!!!!

Bought a watch for the wife turned up quickly in great condition and for a great price unfortunately wasn’t quite the what she wanted in the flesh so spoke to Andrew at ftw and sent the watch back the refund issued promptly with no problem..
I will definitely be using them in the future

I understand an item was listed at wrong price on your site in error but instead of cancelling my order you should have honored your listing price

My experience with Time For Watches started out excellent (5 stars). I found the watch I was looking for (which I could not find anywhere else, online and in-store) and was able to purchase it for 30% off. Brilliant! I immediately purchased the watch and opted to have it shipped via UPS Ground for $11.69. The watch was shipped five days later (unacceptable to some, but I'm a patient man) and five more days after that the watch arrived. This would not be a problem, but the watch was shipped via USPS First Class Package Service; not UPS Ground. USPS First Class Package Service is a free shipping option when selecting one during the check out process. If I wanted the free option I would not have paid $11.69. I attempted (multiple times) to contact Times For Watches in their main department and their customer service department. My efforts were futile. Time For Watches has still not contacted me back. Not even once. The simple fact that they owe me money -- and do not care to entertain the idea of actually paying me -- has reduced the beginning rating of 5 stars to a final 2 stars.

I ordered Sector watch. It came in reasonable time frame, but when I opened the box, the plastic case was broken in several places and watch's diamemeter was little smaller than I wanted. So I decided to return them but all inquiries went unanswered. Watch was nice, but it wasn't exactly what I wanted.

I ordered my watch with this site over 2 weeks ago! I haven't even received a tracking number to track my watch. I am calling today to see why i haven't gotten any movement on my order. Worst Service EVER!

Customer service was outstanding. Great website with a product (watch) that I was not able to find anywhere else. Prices were competitive and often much lower than for similar products on other sites.

Watch shipped out in timely manner and was in perfect condition . I look forward to making another purchase real soon

While my package arrived very quickly after ordering, I received the wrong item and have been having a very difficult time getting it remedied. Their customer service leaves A LOT to be desired. Very disappointed so far. Hopefully they can find the time to respond to dissatisfied customers better in the future, however I don't plan on giving them any more of my business once I finally get my issue resolved, if that does indeed ever happen.

This was my first time ordering and my watch arrived fast but I still haven't received my credit that needed to post to my credit card account. I've emailed but haven't got a responds.

This was the worst experience I've ever had from online shopping. They took my payment, refuse to send the product, will not answer phone or emails, and now I'm hunting them down spending my own time just to try and get my money back. I've contacted BBB, as well as other agencies in New York. What they do is not ok. Never, ever, ever use this company. Buy a watch from a real website not this sham.

Great watch and great people to work with. First watch got misdirected by USPS so TFW overnighted another free, in time for Christmas.

I bought a ladies Relic watch. These are very similar to Fossil watches. It is a great timepiece and the price on here couldn't be beat ever by the price on the Relic website. I love it!
