My first time purchase of a luxury watch and in summary, a very pleasant and rewarding experience.

I bought a limited edition Verstappen Tag Heuer and it is beautiful (I have worn it every day)! As a first time buyer (and due to my background), I was very sceptical about the authenticity, it's a minefield out there, however Martyn assured it was not fake and told me that I was welcome to take it to a jewellers to confirm, with a 14 day money back guarantee.

I travelled 95 miles on Good Friday to view the watch and Martyn was very accommodating. He answered all my questions and even offered us refreshments! I bought a beautiful Rolex DateJust from Timepiece Epicurean & the process couldn’t have been easier !

I spoke to Max who was able to advise me on the best watch for my needs.
He sent across some watches he could supply & once I had chosen, all I had to do was send the deposit across and the watch arrived the next day to the showroom.

The showroom is beautifully designed and Max showed us through the papers, the classy box & the watch itself.
The watch was in perfect condition, ready for me to take home the same day !

It was a smooth, easy and enjoyable process from the start and I can’t thank Max enough for his expertise and customer service. I am blown away by the quality, speed & price you can tell they both care about their customers & the watch business.

I’ve been looking to buy an Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean watch for sometime and the model I was looking for was being advertised on Timepiece Epicurean site, I contacted via WhatsApp and With a friendly gentleman called Martyn who dealt with my transaction and all went smoothly, Happy to pay for the price for the watch as agreed, Martyn made sure the watch got sent ASAP Without delay soon after our transaction was made and informed me with delivery details, without fail the Omega Planet Ocean watch arrived next day before 1pm, I was extremely impressed, didn’t get round to open the parcel until later in the evening and was very happy with the watch I purchased and as described, a beautiful watch, Very Happy With the service indeed, Highly Recommended,
