Timeshare Legal helped us get out from our $25K timeshare commitment with a major brand. The costs of the unit were overwhelming, between monthly mortgage payments and constantly increasing annual maintenance fees, plus booking fees. The staff at Timeshare Legal patiently walked us through the steps to properly exit and followed up with us regularly to make sure things were moving along. The process took a long time, but we no longer had to make any payments to the timeshare company during that time. And eventually we were totally released from the contract, with no balance due. I wasn't sure about this company and the process of canceling my timeshare. Despite my hesitation we decided to at least try it. We started with one point of contact and realized they had switched to another person. That gave me some worry. Darlynn was just as helpful and actually confirmed the cancelation. I am so glad, actually thrilled that we did it. The wait was long and sometimes it took a couple of emails to get a response, but I did exactly what they asked me to do and we have finally come to the conclusion I never thought was possible. Time share Legal did what they claimed to do.

Overall a good experience. It’s a long process, but worth it since we got out of the timeshare. Everyone was respectful and professional. Definitely would recommend.
