We just haven't had time to use it and then another month has gone by, and we have to pay again.
Bill is a good coach; this is not reflective of him. With everything up in the air with this stupid war, people are canceling their reservations.

My experience with Timeshare Rental Strategies has been very encouraging so far. I have extensive knowledge of timehares compared to the average owner and I have learned many important items that I did not know already. I just started a few days ago and am excited that I will learn so much more. Sue and here staff are efficient, knowledgable and responsive.

I’m only a couple of days into it, but I’ve got to say, it’s incredibly thorough and Sue is super responsive to my email feedback. Biggest gripe is that, while she goes to the trouble of stepping through each step on the Airbnb web page, there’s no way to keep it all current because Airbnb updates the pages frequently. So frequently, what she teaches the student to do sometimes beats no resemblance to what the website looks like today

For my personal experience watching the videos on line gave me a broader perspective of how the timeshare business work.i have not reach my fulles potential as of now I'm researching to see how well my investment will benefit me and my family to travel and vacation around the world with my timeshare.

If you can listen and follow instructions, Sue does a great job of teaching. The steps are easy enough to accomplish if you take your time. Sue is also available for questions and encouragement. I am enjoying the course and tempering my urge to go ahead of the lesson plan. The way the program works (if followed) is to set you up for success.

I had been trying to rent my timeshares on Airbnb for over 2 years before I joined Sue and her TSRA. Her course is very through, and although her videos need some updating here and there, it made all the difference in the world for me. I attempted to rent out my timeshares 6 times with 2 booking (33%). One was rented out in NYC and the other in Austin, TX. I was suspended in Austin (not my fault) and NYC not sure if I can rent it out again because my short-term rental license was denied. So, the work to create the listing was wasted for future listings.
The money was at the breakeven point and I could only get a last-minute booking (with in 7 days) for both. This process works and much easier to rent than owning your own property with less customer service. This is because the resort has a service desk that takes care of the renters. To post your timeshare on Airbnb properly takes about four to six hours of research and updates on to the Airbnb site. But once it is posted it is easy for you to keep up with the updates from the resort and easy to rent out again.
In short, the process work but it requires a lot of work to get it started and constant follow up within the last two weeks before the booking date. This means Look at competition’s prices and lowering your price to remain competitive.

I am not new to timeshares or renting but Timeshare Rental Strategies goes farther in providing technical help and information than any other group I have had experience with. The coaching goes the extra mile and makes every effort to answer questions when they arise. Thank you for everything you have done to prepare my rental strategies.
