I had an issue with the battery of my Forester. It was diagnosed by the AA as in need of replacement. Ian responded to my request for a replacement within minutes, confirmed the dealership had one and arranged a replacement at a time and day of my choosing. Upon visiting the t.i.m. Motors the battery was installed and I was on the road in just over half an hour. Just enough time to enjoy a complimentary coffee.
I cannot fault this wonderful family business. The battery was, at no cost to myself, replaced because my car is still under warranty. A fantastic dealership. A big thank you to Ian Bell and all the staff.

Phoned T.I.M motors and managed to reach Gabriella, she was wonderful to talk too, listened to my worries and addressed them imminently, gave us a very detailed run through of the vehicle we purchased to ensure we were happy and made the entire experience exciting and pleasant throughout! Gabriella was great from the very first phone call contact with t.i.m. Very helpful. As I was buying from distance; she did a detailed video and photo walk-around of the car. Provided additional information that I needed. When I went to pick up the car, it was very well presented. Washed and valetted. Gabriella took care of all the exhange of documents and vehicle tax. Had a detailed run through of all the cars features and how to work everything. We took it for a drive around the area to make sure I was ok with the cars operation. Great service from Gabriella and t.i.m UK Motors and good coffee as well

Well. The whole experience was just perfect. Often the process of changing cars can be a little stressful but not with T I M. Very pleased with the car also.

We received a very friendly welcome. Gabriella was very well informed and took her time in explaining all the gadgets before taking the car on a test drive. Before collecting the car it was very well presented and ready for as arranged, including a tank of fuel (a nice bonus). We will definitely use Isuzu Nottingham in the future.

So, I recently bought a lovely Jeep from the fine folks at T.I.M. Motors and let me tell you my experience was extremely smooth and enjoyable. The gold medal for customer service? Goes to Ian. Absolute legend.
Not only did he patiently answer my million-and-one questions (with the calm of a monk and the knowledge of a car whisperer) but he even filmed the underbelly of the Jeep like it was auditioning for Top Gear: Undercarriage Edition. Why? Because I couldn’t be there in person. That’s dedication.
Then, he personally delivered the car all the way to Newcastle Upon Tyne. A teeny-tiny cosmetic hiccup popped up after delivery but Ian and his squad fixed it in no time. Top notch rectification job. No drama. No stress. Just pure, unfiltered customer service magic.

This is the second car I have had from this dealer. No hesitation in returning. The customer service and communication from start to finish is superb. The information they give is factual and honest. It is such a personalised service. I have gone to a much bigger car this time round and all the features so well explained. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Excellent throughout. Great test drive and introduction to car. Discussions about trade in and cost were handled in a very friendly and open way. Post agreeing exchange the work on setting the exchange of personalised number plates was dealt with speedily and skilfully. Extras were again dealt with in a very fair way and my customer satisfaction is vey high.
