We used Tinies whilst staying at The Grove Hotel, based on their recommendation. It was our first time using a babysitting service and they made things very easy. Everything was prompt, reliable, communication was easy. The babysitter (Penny) was excellent and very easy to deal with. Everything about the service was great.

One of the best nanny agencies going, I've always found them to be so professional. Great service 100%committed to helping anyone who is looking for employment. Kate who works at the north east branch is so lovely to talk to she can't do enough for you, she's helped me so much over the years to find the right nanny position for me .

I have worked for Tinies North East for over 2 years whilst doing my degree. They have an excellent team who are super helpful, flexible and understanding of every persons individual circumstances. I recently decided to return to nannying and signed up with Tinies, an agency that immediately impressed me with the thoroughness of their background checks and onboarding process. From the very start, Lisa and Louise were absolutely fantastic—patient, supportive, and always available to guide me through each step.

Not long after joining, I was offered a weekend corporate nanny role alongside other Tinies nannies. I was nervous at first, not knowing anyone on the team, but those nerves quickly disappeared. From the moment I met with Lisa and we talked through our requirements, I knew Lisa at Tinies West Midlands was the perfect agency for our event. Lisa completely understood what we needed and was brilliant to work with throughout.

We ran a full weekend summer event for families, and there was quite a number of them, which required in-room childcare, kids’ clubs, and an activity club for children, all of which were delivered to the highest standard. The feedback from families who used the service was absolutely fantastic, with many praising the professionalism, friendliness, and care shown by the team.

I had a brilliant experience with Tinies staff, my baby was only 9 weeks old as at RCN Congress 2025 in Liverpool, he was well looked after that I was not bothered at all and was able to focus on the congress activities

This company is completely unprofessional and disorganised. They called me about a childcare position without even reviewing my CV, and then told me I wasn’t eligible because I don’t have 1 year of experience. Just one week later, they called me again, asking if I was still looking for a childcare job. When I reminded them they had already rejected me for not having the required experience, they casually said they were just checking for any “update.” I asked how they expected someone to magically gain one year of experience in a week — their response? “We’ll remove your name from our system.”

No apology. No accountability. No respect for people’s time. They seem to randomly call candidates without tracking anything properly. It feels careless and even disrespectful. I would not trust them with something as serious as childcare if they can’t even manage a simple recruitment process properly.

Avoid this company if you’re looking for professionalism or basic courtesy.

They are welcoming and has pleasant personalities, my little said that all of the ladies in the creche are nice.

My daughter was cared and looked after at Liverpool during the RCN congress,am really impressed how she was taken care of.
She felt at home immediately I brought her in because I was worried if she will be able to settle down especially in a new environment.
