They don't respond once your a paying customer and they don't do what they say.

I wouldn't ever use them again. I was given a free period to give them 5 starts and they charged for it anyhow. So now it's one star as their customer service is absolutely crap.

Would definitely NOT recommend to use as it also is more expensive the. Setting up chat pgt API and a linked process. Other companies now offer the same for less.

The team are great and helpful especially Vidya Shekar, she was very supportive throughout the whole process when I was facing technical difficulties. One of the best email marketing tools out there!

Stuck like a rabbit in front of the headlights looking at all the available apps touting miracles for your business I saw this quirky named app and the more than reasonable pricing and was more than pleasantly surprised to find a well researched tool that harnesses AI for just one highly specific goal. TinyEmail have hit the proverbial nail on the head with a simple to use interface and an expanding array of features that will kickstart any email marketing campaign and Shopify specific needs such as abandoned cart reminders. Great helpline also with an entusiastic team that are keen to please.

I'll be perfectly honest: I started out with TinyEinstein with the expectation of being underwhelmed. Everyone touts "AI" as their thing; it's become the latest "blockchain" - you know how you could have sold used bubble gum a couple years ago calling it "blockchain enabled"? That's what AI is now. But... honestly, I'm pretty darned impressed with what these folks have done. Their TinyEmail platform is already bomb-diggity, and now TinyEinstein takes it to a whole new level of automated Done For You. I *would* deduct a star because I believe that the two platforms should be connected intrinsically instead of separate entities, but I'm granting them an extra star for just how bloody good the autogenerated emails are. Sure, I'll need to make a couple of edits here and there, but 5 minutes of edits beats the hell out of an hour of building from scratch. Thanks folks; you've done good with this one.

I recently installed the TinyEinstein app over the weekend so I could test it out, and was impressed with how simple it was! There were a couple of minor fixes that I wanted to address in a support ticket, and planned to open one sometime this week, but I actually received a phone call from Tim who was just calling to check how my experience with the app. He was able to address my issues, and let know there was a fix coming soon. I highly appreciate this kind of proactive customer service, definitely recommend trying this app out!

Unlike other tools we use that take up our time learning how to use their software, tinyEinstien had a zero learning curve. We just inputted a little information on our Club (5mins max). And took care of everything else. Turned it on and it worked…email campaigns started right away. A++

What made my experience great was the customer service and how professional they were when trying to help me. Overall pleased.
