Excellent price, communication, and delivery speed.

Buyers be diligent. Don't just blindly order something from this website. They are drop shippers, and do not update the website in accordance to their suppliers availability. They also do not return phone messages or emails in a timely manor. I'm not saying its a scam site, but I am saying if you were to have an issue, its probably going to be really tough to get any help. This is my experience.
UPDATE: They did finally email me back (after I dropped the review) In all fairness that could have been a coincidence. It took a week to confirm what I hard already learned by speaking with the manufacturer of the product I was interested in. I would rather spend my money with small business, but waiting that long to answer a question does not inspire confidence.

Advertises 1-3 day shipping and it took almost 3 weeks. Heater i ordered doesnt heat anywhere near like they say. Waste if $1000 bucks

Tiny House Essentials took too long to ship order, nearly $3000 of SOK Batteries even though my Visa was charged on the 4th day after ordering. On the 10th day without shipment, I cancelled my order. Tiny House wrote that they cancelled my shipment - because I filed a dispute with Visa, and subsequently cancelled the order. A little over 3-weeks later I received a call from Visa stating that Tiny is claiming my order was delivered and wants the charge back reversed. They want their SOK batteries and, my $3000!

Excellent communication and regular updates to my order. The pricing and support can't be beat.

Shipped quickly and it arrived with no damage. The furnace works perfectly - just in time for winter.

Everything was exactly as advertised, and we received the Mini split system in a timely manner.

This appears to be a nice company struggling in this uncertain tariff confused world. Once I placed my $2000 order, I was charged another$250 w/o explanation. When quarried, they mentioned tariffs and other administrative costs. It felt more like extortion. This charge should have been communicated up front.
