My order arrived within the time it was supposed to. However I am seriously disappointed in the quality.

I followed the instructions and made sure the edges were stuck down correctly, but within 1 or 2 wears the labels are peeling off. Some only just, some half peeling off already. One fell off completely. I applied the label to different fabrics - jumpers, polo shirts, trousers, and tags, and half of them have peeled off.

I won’t be buying again, i’m so disappointed.

This is a completely fake company. I had to ask my credit card company to refund the charge as the product never arrived. This website should be taken down. NEVER order from here!!!!

Like every other review on here, my order hasn’t arrived… I placed an order for stickers on August 9th and still haven’t received my order.

I have emailed 4 times as well as attempting to make contact on Facebook and all my correspondence has been ignored. The tracking number they provide is a generic one which states “bulk shipment”

Do not use this company, they are nothing but scammers and will take your money never to be heard from again.

Visit the companies Facebook page and read the comments from other buyers where nearly every single person is complaining of orders not received. I am wondering if this company is even legitimate?

It is now in the hands of my bank where I have raised a dispute to recoup my money. I would recommend that anyone else in the UK who hasn’t received their order contacts their bank and does the same!

Really poor customer service. I ordered labels on 4 August with delivery due 19 August. I didn't receive any confirmation that my order have been shipped, so I emailed the customer service team and got no response after 24 hours, contacted them via the website - no response, messaged them via Facebook - no response.

I rang the customer service number and it just rang out to an Australian automated message.

Bought the stickers for my daughters uniform last year but unfortunately they aren't very good many have come off in the washing machine and I now have them stuck in the washing machine.
So this year I thought I would order the iron on ones. I ordered them on 4th Aug I know they can take a while to print so I left it 2 weeks. In that time I didn't receive a dispatch email. So I went on their website and messaged them through that, left it 24hrs got nothing back, so I messaged them through their Instagram page, again nothing back. So I emailed their customer service email, and a hour later I got a dispatch email what a coincidence!
Their customer service is terrible and I will be finding another website for my daughters lables for the future.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY..Total scam bought some stickers from Facebook letter of the day and paid the postage £3 and still never received it them,ok it’s £3 but still why scam people during a recession? And I’ve emailed 3 times and also tried calling was an Australian voicemail saying we cannot take your call !!! Avoid at all costs

Do not buy anything off this company. Total scam. Pretended they were an Irish company that I was buying from as they used .ie. I've still not received my package and they refused to refund me. Very upsetting as it was a birthday present.

Ordered stickers from this company when I saw their ‘letter of the day’ offer advertised on Facebook. Company took the money but months later the stickers have never arrived and the money has never been refunded. Constant website issues mean you cannot even login to your account to view order history.
