I ordered rainbow moonstones a set of three Rainbow moonstone hearts. When I got the product I realized it wasn't really a moonstone it did not have the luminescence affect in it and it looked like kiwi jasper. As a matter of fact paperwork that came with it said it was TV jasper! It had a card inside of the packaging so the packaging said moonstones rainbow moonstones but the card inside along with the three hearts, the card described kiwi Jasper and had the title of kiwi Jasper on it I contacted them and they said that it was moonstone in honestly they couldn't give me a reason why it a card saying keeping Jasper wasn't closed. What is Shady company and they're supposed to be giving you a good experience with their spiritual stones but they're giving you lies. Product quality is poor. Customer service is poor. They told me to return the stones and after I've read so many negative reviews about the return process that doesn't seem like that would be good for me either because I'll just get more frustrated.

I ordered a ring from tiny rituals and it said the package was delivered yesterday. I sent an email regarding the missing package and all they told me was it was delivered and to check with my neighbors. They won’t send another or issue a refund.

I have never done business with Tiny Rituals, however, I ordered a bracelet from them on 12/2/2025. On reviewing the receipt, the shipping address and the billing address did not match, but the current bank account was attached to the wrong address. I asked how they got the incorrect info. They will not respond in spite of multiple attempts by phone, chat and email.

I purchased a crystal from Tiny Rituals, drawn in by their spiritual branding and claims of ethical sourcing. Unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing.

After receiving the item, I noticed conflicting and unclear information about the stone’s origin and properties. I reached out multiple times with respectful, reasonable questions seeking clarification—but never received a single reply. It became clear that once the sale was made, they had no intention of supporting or responding to customers.

Even worse, when I tried to leave a review on their website, the feature was either broken or deliberately disabled. That alone raises major red flags about transparency and accountability.

For a company that presents itself as conscious, spiritual, and high-vibe, this behavior felt dishonest and commercialized. I expected integrity and open communication—what I got was silence and a sense of being dismissed.

I wouldn’t recommend this store to others based on my experience. There are many other sellers who offer beautiful, ethically sourced crystals and actually stand by their customers.
