Prompt service & efficient delivery

I purchased the 50cl Bushmills and I was absolutely appalled with what I received. This absolutely does not reflect at all what is advertised on the website as there is no Bushmills label on the bottle I received, nor is it even in the correct rectangular bottle. I do feel this was completely false advertising. Very disappointing as I only purchased this as I wanted a miniature Bushmills Bottle with the Bushmills label on it.
I contacted customer services nearly two weeks ago and still no reply.

Order was filled correctly and quickly. I did prefer when the wax covers were color coded to the type of whiskey, but that is a minor issue.

Giving Tiny Tipple 5 stars even though something I ordered was out of stock. They contacted me straight away and replaced the product with others that more than compensated me for the out of stock item. Great value prices also and a speedy delivery.
