Used click and çollect. Employees helped load into car.

Products were what they were suppose to be but my building sand was everywhere due to 6/10 bags split, paid for a delivery service and didn’t get what we wanted although the first delivery was bang on and the bloke from Tamworth depot couldn’t of been anymore helpful! Lichfield depot are useless!

Driver very helpful even had to carry the slabs by hand because pallet had broken

Order was expected on specific day so I waited in the job for it, only when I phoned to see if there was an approximate time on the delivery was I told that there were some problems with the transport and wouldn't be going, It would have been nice to have been informed of the issues in the morning as i wouldn't have waited on the job for 5hrs. That said, the person I spoke when I called was very helpful and polite and organised for delivery the following day.

Good value and quality the cheapest around. Only set back I ordered online for a Friday deliver so I could use over the weekend but didn’t deliver until the Monday and I can see Tippers from my House .

We had the heavy materials delivered by Tippers cheaper than we could get it in store at other local outlets.
We needed a couple of extra bags of cement to finish the job and their customer service dept made sure we had it on time and everyone involved was helpful. Thank you.

Ordered online - straightforward with a smooth delivery.

Would have ordered in store, however some members of the Rugeley sales team are extremely miserable and make you feel guilty for asking questions about stock and for product recommendations.

Since this review the store manager has called me to discuss my experience. They clearly care about their custom and he was very appreciative of the honest review and told me efforts would be made to improve this.
