The item came in new(no refurbished) they were out of the gray model due to it selling out, but was more then happy about the response time from them.

Easy to operate.

I am very very grateful to have found a company that ACTUALLY shipped me a product & in a week!! I have ordered the Vibrator Pulse Plate from 3 other companies & never received the product AT ALL even after waiting a month or more! I was shocked! I have already started telling my friends!

This was our first order from Tisscare; we chose a "Tisscare Shiatsu Foot Massager with Deep Kneading Heat Therapy."
The website was excellent and described the products well; the order was easy to place, and we received it in less than 6 calendar days!
My husband and I have been enjoying the Foot Massager almost daily since delivery (i.e. about 4 days). We have noticed a marked improvement in how our feet feel (we are dealing with neuropathy and plantar fasciitis.) If it continues to work as well as it has been, we will continue to be extremely pleased with this foot massager.

I love this. My feet and legs have never felt so good❤️

Ordered unit from Amazon. Box was missing both power cord and remote rendering it unusable. Multiple calls to customer service I had to initiate only to be told "they don't have replacement parts to ship". Amazon refunded me and said to keep the product, for me to get rid of it? I was willing to pay for the power cord and remote but was advised " we do not sell accessories like remotes and cords separately at this time, so we’re unable to send these items individually". Another customer will probably receive the unit I am returning to Amazon missing both remote and power cord. Worst customer service experience ever. Who doesn't stock replacement parts? Buyer beware.

Product packaged well and works as advertised. Came earlier than expected, had no email or text to say it was shipped, happy nonetheless.

I just recieved my Tisscare unit. It's powerful! I can feel it through my whole body.
