Website indicated 10 days which fitted in easily with my departure from uk , but then had an email that they are particularly busy and should expect despatch in 22 days grrrrrrr, perhaps the website should have indicated this and would have purchased elsewhere. Email below just smacks of send this out and all will be alright, unprofessional company.

Just received the load area cover for my new Porsche Macan EV. Absolutely beautifully made, fit perfectly which is not easy on a very irregular area. Very good value for money.

The seat covers for a Suzuki Jimny are not as described or pictured on the website. They do not come with slots for the seat belt leaver and therefore do not fit properly. A very expensive product and not as described.

Sadly. This company did not have correct product details on their website for bootliners
DO NOT order if you have a Honda CRV petrol hybrid as they do not fit.
They state for petrol or diesel years 2018 to 2022. We didn't go back to Honda to work out that there are minute differences in side panels that mean they are a incorrect.
The company has other Honda vehicle bootliners that fit both hybrid and fuel models but not CRV a fact they knew but do not state on there website.
The words seems standard as Honda CRV does not manufacture a diesel for those years but Titan mention it leading me to believe they just put descriptors without any thought to what is on market.
If anyone wants to purchase them they will be on marketplace in Surrey area.

customer service woeful

Very disappointed with boot liner I ordered from Titan, Firstly the quality is very poor for a liner that cost £121. The fitment and fitting do not line up, there are holes in the liner for the tie down points so it is not waterproof! Customer service is none existent as all they told me was they wanted pictures of me trying to fit it. And as I had ordered it and they had to make it there are no refunds.
And it is all held in place by a vast amount of very thin Velcro!
I would not buy from Titan ever again or recommend this company! Absolute rip off and going in the bin!
Also took over a month to get to me (although Xmas was in the middle of this) which makes me wonder where it actually came from.
I would also expect a reply from Titan which doesn’t address the issues raised

Excellent product, ordered ford kuga seat covers came within days, easy to sort on website. Really happy with them. Second time now for us. Keep up the good work Titan.😊

The booot liner eventually arrived but was informed along the way as to why the delay was. Seems to me that a staff recruitment event takes place if you are inundated with orders

i always buy them for my vans they do a fantastic job of keeping the seats in their original condition.

Fits well.Looks good and easy to fit.. And keeps the car boot clean.

The service was very good, easy to use website, clear instructions around item shipping.
I purchased a Vauxhall Astra protective seat cover, impressed with the quality of the product, material is thick and feels very hard wearing.

as I go Fishing and use these covers as often as I can or she will allow me to. the cover is easy to clean and they are waterproof, so they keep my car clean and tidy.

Absolutely shocking quality and not fit for purpose. The Velcro comes away easy and the liner material is terrible.

These seat covers are ideal. They are very tough, waterproof and wipe clean. They're a good fit and don't move around.

I've got a Mitsubishi outlander dog guard and it's appalling. Flimsier than the £37.00 dog guard that one of my dogs destroyed. Absolutely unfit for purpose and customer service is much the same. They say that the dog guard has been a popular item for yrs. Nonsense. The dog guard is bad fit for the car they claim to have made it for.
DO NOT PURCHASE instead contact a Mitsubishi dealership and they'll be able to offer what Titan only dreams of: excellent customer service and dog guard.
