Cats in restaurant area
I recently returned from an 11‑day stay at the Titanic Deluxe Hotel and overall found the experience exceptional. The rooms were modern, spacious, and immaculately clean, with thoughtful amenities such as YouTube access on the television, which proved very convenient. The staff were consistently attentive and professional, responding promptly to any issues and ensuring they were resolved without delay. Their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident throughout my stay.
However, I did encounter one significant concern. Cats were frequently present in the restaurant areas where food was being served. As someone with a cat allergy, this made it difficult to fully enjoy meals with my family. The cats were often under tables, and when I requested assistance from the wait staff, they appeared unconcerned, treating the situation as normal. Guest Relations advised me to speak with a restaurant manager during meal times, but unfortunately, no managers were available.
Beyond the discomfort caused by my allergy, the presence of unvaccinated animals in dining areas raises legitimate health and safety concerns. For this reason, despite the many positive aspects of the hotel, I regret to say that I will not be returning. This is disappointing, as the hotel and staff otherwise provided an excellent experience. For me, the whole holiday was ruined by these cats, which is a real shame :(

I left my bedroom at approx. 9.30am as i had slept in the room myself as my grandson went to9 his parents room
Before i left the room i had packed 3 suitcases and 100% checked under beds for kids toys ect i lifted up a few kids toy from the floor and some other bits n bobs
I left my bedroom at approx. 9.30am as i had slept in the room myself as my grandson went to his parents' room i was out the full day , i returned to my room at approx 4.30pm
i opened my door and seen a letter - ( attached ) written 3335 . opened the letter to my horror that i had left me room i8n not the Titanic standard
i was shocked as my room was always clean and tidy and as a family had jokes over the holiday as my granddaughter loved my clean room
i went to my sons room 3332 and showed the letter . My son and i went to customer relations as i was totally embarrassed that i received this letter accusing me of disrespecting Titanic cleanliness standard.
i handed over the letter at customer relations who then went into a room and her senior came out. asked me and my son to a seated area where i asked him why i received this letter to my room
He replied that room service found human Faeces in my room. i was appalled and asked him to gather information - photos to show me as i didnt believe that had been my room .
He told me he had proof and that he would show me.he asked me to come to my room with him. On arrival at my room we had met with his senior housekeeper. we all went into the room and i asked where it was. to me he seemed very confused and pointed to the floor. i asked for proof and too this day still no proof
i was totally appalled with his poor excuse and no proof to show me. he said 2 adults in your room, too which my horror i said it was only me and my grandson , as i above i explained only me in the room and i 100% know my room was clean before i left at 9.30am
I Demanded them to leave my room as i was embarrassed, appalled and disgusted with the way he presented the accusations and still no proof. He HUMILIATED me and left me feeling disgusted. he then went to my sons room and at that stage my grandson was very upset also he said that he would leave me alone and would deal with them with the outcome . my son went to customer relations 3 times that evening and they kept saying still checking with security. After the accusation it totally ruined my holiday i just wanted home. he left me feeling disgusted embarrassed paranoid and fully ruined all my experience at Titanic

Just returned from the Titanic De Lux Belek . Stayed from 15/9/25 to 22/9/25 , the hotel is awesome , everything about it , the staff ,food, pools , beach and entertainment ,lots of activity for the kids too , we had a bit of a problem one night when a wild fire was raging on the other side of the river and some embers flew over setting fire to the tops of a couple of riverside cafes and restaurants , we were evacuated for safety reasons but returned after one hour , by next morning everything was cleaned and renewed absolutely unbelievable , that was nothing to do with the hotel that Is a act of nature , but it was handled well and the holiday carried on next day , definitely worth a visit , fantastic hotel 👍

We have just left Titanic delux belek and we had a great time. The hotel is beautiful with alot to do and the food was 10/10 and the vale and bell boys was very helpful as we had travelled with our own car. they helped pack and unpack our car.

Titanic Hotel Bodrum – überteuert, laut, mafiöse Zustände
Wir haben 12 Tage im Titanic Hotel Bodrum verbracht – 3 Erwachsene + Kind, knapp 20.000 €. Was wir erwartet haben: Luxus, Erholung, Qualität. Was wir bekommen haben: Lärm, Chaos, Willkür.
Von morgens bis abends war es extrem laut – beim Frühstück, am Pool, am Meer. Keine ruhige Minute. Besonders verstörend: Gäste „reservierten“ Showplätze stundenlang mit Taschen, keiner saß dort – aber das Personal griff aus Angst nicht ein. Es herrschte eine fast mafiöse Stimmung: Eine laute, rücksichtslose Clique dominierte das Hotel, das Personal war spürbar eingeschüchtert.
Das Essen – vor allem das Fleisch – ist kritisch. Meine Mutter erlitt eine Lebensmittelvergiftung. Wir alle vier hatten Magen-Darm. Das Fleisch ist so stark gewürzt, dass verdorbene Ware nicht auffällt.
Die medizinische Klinik im Hotel ist eine Abzockfalle: Eine Infusion kostete uns 800 € – Barzahlung, keine Abrechnung mit internationaler Versicherung. Die Rechnung war voller erfundener Leistungen. Das Hotel distanzierte sich, obwohl die Klinik auf dem Gelände liegt.
Meine Mutter wurde auch noch in ein abgelegenes Zimmer gesteckt – isoliert, nur mit Buggy erreichbar. Erst nach Tagen und Intervention beim Reiseveranstalter wurde das geändert.
Fazit: Für diesen Preis eine Katastrophe. Keine Erholung, keine Kontrolle, keine Qualität. Ich kann nur warnen: Nie wieder Titanic Hotel Bodrum.
Nightmare on the Titanic (Bodrum)
I have just Spent 10days at the Titanic Resort in Bodrum Turkey.
The Staff throughout the resort were brilliant making sure you enjoyed your holiday.
I was very disappointed in regards having to pay extra charges €25 each if you wanted to eat at the Al A Carte Restaurants, this is certainly profiteering in my opinion and it’s obvious the Titanic organisation is ripping people off.
The entertainment was only 45 minutes a day on the main stage accept Sundays and Tuesdays, the acts are very much hit and miss and this needs to be looked at to ensure quality entertainment and acts need to be on for more than 45minutes.
The main Restaurant has a great choice of food but it was always cold or lukewarm and this had a negative impact when it came to eating the food.
During my stay of 10 days I was very ill with the possibility of food poisoning from the prawns I had eaten during a meal in the main restaurant and the quality of the food in the main I would say is 3*
Would I visit another Titanic that will definitely be a no and I would only rate this as a 4* and not 5*

Ich habe im Mai 2025 im Titanic Hotel in Berlin übernachtet und ich muss wirklich sagen, ein tolles, stylisches Hotel zu dem ich gerne zurückkommen werde. Zimmer sind nicht die aller größten, aber dort habe ich nicht ganz so viel Zeit verbracht, aber der Schreibtisch im Zimmer wäre gut geeignet zum Arbeiten. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war toll.

A beautiful hotel in Bodrum with service as a priority. Delicious food with a wide choice for all tastes - my husband is vegetarian & had so much choice . The rooms were very clean & the beds the comfiest for my poor arthritic joints . Although it is on many levels the landscaping was lush & beautiful . The beach was perfect - safe for all ages - gentle slope into the water. Plenty of sunbeds by the pool & on the beach . It was the perfect place to recouperate from a recent illness . If we were stuck we just contacted our service navigator on WhatsApp & we had a golf buggy pick us up . Just what the Dr ordered. The Oktoberfest was particularly good fun. All the navigators went over and above to make our holiday a success. My husband forgot some medicine and the navigator had a prescription sitting in our room the same day. Absolutely exceptional ❤️
Öncelikli olarak hizmetin sunulduğu güzel bir otel. Her zevke uygun geniş bir seçeneğe sahip lezzetli yemekler - kocam vejetaryen ve çok fazla seçeneği vardı. Odalar çok temizdi ve yataklar zavallı artritik eklemlerim için çok rahattı. Birçok düzeyde olmasına rağmen peyzaj yemyeşil ve güzeldi. Plaj mükemmeldi - her yaş için güvenli - suya doğru hafif bir eğim. Havuz kenarında ve plajda çok sayıda şezlong vardı. Son zamanlarda geçirdiğimiz bir hastalıktan kurtulmak için mükemmel bir yerdi. Sıkışıp kalırsak WhatsApp üzerinden servis navigatörümüzle iletişime geçiyorduk ve bir golf arabasıyla bizi almaya geliyorduk. Doktorun emrettiği şey tam olarak buydu. Oktoberfest özellikle çok eğlenceliydi. Tüm navigatörler tatilimizi başarılı kılmak için ellerinden gelenin fazlasını yaptılar. Kocam biraz ilaç almayı unuttu ve navigatör aynı gün odamızda reçeteli bir ilaç bulunduruyordu. Kesinlikle olağanüstü ❤️

Het eten was zéér slecht.
Het brood was hard en oud.
Eens buiten in het hotel ligt alles braakliggend, met afval.
Ze komen aan tafel bedienen, als je fooi geeft. Andere trek je maar he plan.
Hotel is verouderd. Lijkt op titanic 100 jaar geleden op de bodem.
Zonde van zoveel geld, waar wij lang voor gespaard hebben.
Ook opdringering om excursies te doen, slechtste hotel waar ik ooit geweest ben.

I have stayed in titanic deluxe Belek between 12/01/2024 and 16/01/2024 it was totally awful !a guy call himself deputy manager named as savaş makes up some rules that is not written and claims that they are his rules.not focused to solve the problem but creates new ones,not willing to help and behaves as it is his own kingdom.so disappointing.

Don't waste your hard earned money
This holiday was a special holiday for us, we had just celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary. It was our first holiday after my 50th birthday and finishing chemo & radiotherapy for cancer, which was all during covid (which the hotel was informed about). We spend over £3.5k for a week. We booked a room with a swim up pool. After reading all the hotel had to offer we were excited to go. The flight etc was fine, finding our transfer was also easy. However, it all started to go wrong in the taxi/transfer. The driver got lost a couple of times and then on arrival stopped as said, aren't you going to give me a tip ! If he hadnt asked so abruptly he may have got one. When me arrived at the hotel it was late so there was just one person on reception. They weren't rude but we didn't get a warm welcome as we’ve had at previous hotels. We were taken to our room which appeared fine. But we were convinced the doors and/or windows were open as the outside sound was quite loud. Granted at the time it was only the filter on the pool we could hear, but were swiftly woken at 8am by staff passing to start work (this happened every day) so the room clearly had to insulation/sound proofing at all. The next morning the state of the room could be seen more clearly, there were marks on the walls, the robe had a hole in the sleeve (didnt notice until about day 4). There were no draws and 1 tiny shelf in the bathroom. Housekeeping were good and the room was clean (it was wear & tear on the room) & I have picture's of all these. On the last day we also noted mould looking marks on the duvet cover. As mentioned we booked a swim up pool with terrace. The so called terrace was meant to be grass, but was just dirt that turned to mud when wet. The pool was not exclusive to these rooms (like cabins) there were about 6 of these rooms round one end of the pool (which were all occupied so no point complaining as none free to move us to). However the pool was a public pool (not a big issue but not as suggested). There was no bar or snack service at this pool so had to walk 10 mins to main area, again not what we would expect at a hotel like this). We did have a mini bar but was only stocked with soft drinks & beers (not what we drink) and told would only re-stock twice a day and after this would be charged. So for example if you only drink fanta you can only have 4 small cans a day between 2 then you’ll be charged, although free at the bar 10 minutes away. There is no iron in the room, if you want anything ironing you have to use their laundry service which starts at €5 for a t-shirt. The hotel wasn't over busy but guests were still rude just barging in front of lines. There was lots of choice to eat, but the food was constantly cold, I can honestly say there wasn't one meal I really enjoyed. The staff were pleasant enough but hardly ever smiled and made us feel welcomed. On one occasion there were no spoons, I patiently waited over 5 minutes and none were brought, so I asked a member of staff again, only to be told to go into one of the other restaurants and get one myself. Don't get me wrong I don't expect to be waited on hand & foot, but the attitude & way it was said really shocked me. In one of the coffee bars I wanted a de-cafe coffee made with just milk, I Googled it to help (as respect I’m not in uk and don't want to be ignorant) but still brought me 5 different drinks before someone else came and brought what I wanted. As said I respect I’m not in the uk, but if your a hotel of this rating welcoming guests from the uk you would expect some degree of english, but this didn't seem to be the case with the majority of staff we spoke to. The biggest shock for us was the attitude of the reception staff. They were so rude and were of no help at all. At the end of our stay the male on reception asked if we had a nice stay, I said it was ok but not great and his response was maybe go the the Maldives next time !! not the kind of response we would have expected, didnt even bother to ask or care what the issues were ! The evenings were very boring just music and girls wiggling their bum (very beautiful girls in great costumes) but just swayed from side to side. If we had to sum up this holiday for us, it would be very boring, no fun or laughter. There was no atmosphere at all. On the plus side the On the Beach rep Tony was brilliant, he was so helpful and a lovely man. We also went out for Spar treatments, and that was lovely and so relaxing, although they took a picture of us and edited me massively, it was so bad but funny at the same time we had to buy for the laugh.
Other people may not have issues with the things we did, but for us we would never go back to this hotel and feel we waisted our very hard earned money and both couldn't wait to get home, which given the circumstances of the holiday was extremely disappointing.

Excellent hotel. Staff were friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed a few late night drinks in the 24hr bowling bar served by Adil (thank you Adil). The food throughout the stay was very good with lots of choice. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the mini bar was topped up everyday. Entertainment was good throughout the week capped off by an outstanding Cirque de Cuba acrobatic and dance show. The staff on the beach also deserve a shout. Constantly delivering drinks to your sunbed.

Titanic Lara beach what a experience lovey location very very clean friendly assertive staff couldn’t do enough for you beds and free cabanas on the grass bits near beach and near big pool was loads empty even at 11 am no rush to get one ,food 5 star the shows my god exceptional , just got back today would I go back oh definitely it’s turned my head for sure always go to Hisanarou mulga area of turkey this is like the Dubai of turkey but more polite staff even the cleaners so cheerful drinks top notch the lounge upstairs as all the brandy whisky bourbon you can have all real no fakes thanks for our lovely stay we will be back

I recently stayed at The Titanic - Lara beach with my family. I had a wonderful stay, staff was wonderful and friendly and the food was delicious. During my stay, one member of staff stood out most as he was most extra polite and friendly, his name was Bekir, i saw him a few nights in the bar beside the entertainment and he was very helpful and polite.
Avoid this hotel
Avoid this hotel. The worse place I have seen. I arrive from an another luxurious hotel to stay for three nights. On arrival I was given a room near the car park and where all staff live, it was disgusting I went inside and the room had sewage smell and the floor was flooded with water. A lady came to clean and after few minutes water came back. I called no one came to take me back to reception then at reception I asked for a manager as I have no time to waste . All the stuff are the rudest I have seen in my life , they want to convince me I am lying about the room, I asked that either they give me the best room they have or I am leaving and don't want tvs money back , they said we are sold out but we can downgrade you🤔🤔🤔. I refused of course and said I am going back to my amazing hotel and they said fine which is below below the service standards I know about burns Ib the best hotels in the world. They just take the money and don't care about anything. I am now back in my previous hotel and I can see the difference in everything. I asked my travel agent to not book for anyone in future at this disgusting hotel.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻. I will post this experience on all social media
Very bad experience
Very bad experience. Never again. Not recommended to anyone. Following is a summary of the main pain-points ( not even all of them ) we experienced during our 1 full week Ultra All Inclusive stay :
1. Very old room ( & bathroom ) furniture with broken electrical devices ( even the AC didn't work )
2. Very limited food options in the restaurant, with no change in the menu at all during 1 full week.
3. Beach was blocked due to construction work.
4. WIFI Network is very weak, it's vary difficult to be connected.
5. No animation activities during th day, and very poor low quality entertainment activities after dinner.
6. Not safe for children. On 03-May-2023 there was a planned "children friendly" (Alaa Alddeen) after dinner show then the hotel animation team/manager changed the plan at the last minute without any communication to the guests, replacing that "children friendly" show with a very unprofessional show full of (homo)sexual movements. The minimum professional prerequisite in this situation is to get clear communication from the hotel team before the show stating that "the show will have sexual nature" then it would be up to us to decide if we want to watch this or not, unfortunately that communication didn't happen, and we (parents) joined that show with our children, then we had to leave once we discovered that disgusting situation with our traumatized children.
We have only just had the worst Christmas Dinner ever !
We have only just had Christmas Dinner. We were ignored for around 45 minutes. Eventually after taking orders and serving drinks around us to girls with low cut skirts we were acknowledged. We each ordered a starter that cost €18 and the bread base was that hard we had to stab it with the end of the knife. The starter was tasteless. We ordered €40 main courses which were cold and we did not attempt to eat. Total bill €144. This is the worst Christmas dinner I have ever experienced in my 69 years, and the WORST food I have had in many years. - Dr Alan Cullen, Glasgow.
We have been in Berlin
We have been in Berlin - Titanic Comfort Mitte, and it was a very bad experience. When we arrived they had messed up our booking and we stood at the reception for 4 hours to get it under control! it seemed like they had overbooked the hotel. Afterwards they try to claim double for the room "since that's what the room costs here and now", even though we had booked the room several months before arrival. the staff were to begin with very incomprehensible despite the fact that we drove 6-8 hours to get to berlin and thought our booking was under control. they also made the same number with some other family members who checked in later than us! this is the first and last time I use this hotel chain.
