Quality server with great support and cheap price.

Great experience so far.

Started to play Minecraft again (last time in like 2012) with some friends. Quickly realized that my pc can't host a server and play at the same time.

Looked at reviews on reddit/different forums and ended at Titan Nodes. First time ever renting a Minecraft server, quite inexperienced so say the least. From my order to setting up a server with lots of mods took me less than 10 minutes.(Mind you, i had no idea what i was doing).

Got a great panel, fast SFTP, and a great Discord community to help. Haven't really needed major support for anything yet, but the CEO have helped with questions i've had on Discord and even with Discord questions(First time Discord user to)

Very nice Support, they could use some more Support Team members but Mayed helped me out real quick! Great host to work on!

I will split this review into 4 parts: Support, Performance, Ease of Use, and Cost

Support: 5/5
Before I even bought a plan or had any trouble, I could tell that their support was excellent compared to my previous server. My previous server (ggservers.com) was oversold, and had little/no customer support. This time around, I did my research, as I did not want to be scammed again. On MC-Market, I found TitanNodes as a cheap server host option. I at first thought it was just the stereotypical oversold cheap hosting service, but then i decided to check the reviews on TrustPilot and it was amazing! I joined their discord server and made a ticket about a couple presale questions. The CEO (Mayed R.) answered in less than 5 minutes, and promptly answered every one of my questions! I bought a server from them, but I did not know how to set up a modded server. Thankfully, the support team (Jacob, Louis, and Mayed) helped me understand Pterodactyl (the panel) and set everything up for me! Overall, support is excellent, with quick and informative responses.

Performance: 5/5
These servers are super speedy, and my RAM or CPU limit is never reached! For the cheap price, these servers run better than some of the much pricier options!

Ease of Use: 4/5
This server runs Pterodactyl panel, which is different than multicraft, which is what most servers use. Pterodactyl actually has much more features, just a higher learning curve. Just look it up online, ask one of the support, or join the Pterodactyl support server to learn how to use it.

Cost: 5/5
The cost isn’t the cheapest that you could find, but combined with the frequent sales and the amazing performance, it couldn’t be worth more!

Summary: Overall, TitanNodes is an amazing hosting service, with good support and great performance!

Excellent experience! I was looking for a site to host me and my friends' server, and I came stumbling upon this site. The prices were reasonable, and with the Christmas discount included, I could make a huge server along with my friends!
- Didn't even take 5 minutes before I received my order, and I could start my server right away.
- The layout on the panel is really smooth, and it's really user-friendly. That might be subjective, considering if you're really new to Minecraft hosting or not.
- There are also lots of options, and I really like the drag-and-drop file system they have. Makes things a lot easier.
++ For barely any downtimes at all!
- Their support on discord is awesome as well, I issued a ticket and quickly got help. These guys are legit.

I have been using titannodes for right around 2 months now and I have 0 complaints. The server is everything that I paid for and they offer excellent support. Something I had no idea they offered was that they keep backups, which was amazing when 1 of my staff members deleted our plugins folder; within 12 hours I was at to have the files restored.

They have good prices and good hardware for the buck, they have a good website and update the Pterodactyl panel quite quickly, have some nice perks on their discord server and the CEO is always nice and helpful.

I have been hosting my servers on this hosting company for some time now and what has sometimes made me not think about them as a 10/10 host is their support. Sometimes you are in a hurry and the support team isn't available (since they don't have that many timezones covered) or they are preparing or doing maitenance. Maybe important to you or irrelevant if you don't need it that often.

I had multiple questions about their servers at first and I was quickly able to distinguish this hosting company was not only great and trustworthy but also friendly, honest, and had a fast response time (I mean, what other company would or even could have a public Discord). This was my first time buying from a server from a hosting site and the CEO of the company personally spent around an hour of his time helping me through some obstacles I encountered. This was a much better experience than I could have ever expected at any place else.
