The staff of Titan Node are absolutely fantastic and the Minecraft server I purchased for them is a great quality server. Reasonably priced too! The staff were super kind and patient to me, especially since I had never run a server before. I highly recommend Titan Nodes if you ever want to buy a Minecraft server!

Bro, if your someone like me who knows little about server host and server set ups, do yourself a Huge!!! Favor and Go with TitanNodes! Their support is actually some of the best ive received in years! The support, its on another level, Im grateful I choose Them over other host because they are committed and thats something hard to find! They helped me With setting up the Domain / ports, and Plugins! I couldn't ask for more and they deserve the credit!

I would just like to say thanks to TitanNodes for helping me with stuff on my server and teaching me to be patient! I love the way TitanNodes works the only thing they need to work on, which they currently are, is there staff team. But apart from that it offers excellent service!

Hey, I’ve been threw many hosting company’s and struggled to get what I actually wanted, I’ve been paying high prices for top Good servers but none actually did good, I was told by a friend that this is a great server so I tried it and they give me a free trail for 48 hours, I went on the server and looked how great the performance was and it was stunning with such a low spec servers, straight after that I changed to titannode, I suggest others to join them, friendly stuff and very helpful.

I spent 6 hours trying to find a good hosting service. I just wasn't able to find one that met my list of criteria. Luckily, I found Titan Nodes LTD through a website. Their prices are insanely cheap, absolutely smoking the competition. They have servers in my area (Chicago) and many more that allow for low latency. Their processor, the new i9 9900k is also available and is a complete steal for the price. I reached out to the discord server associated with this hosting service and had everything done to my liking within 10 minutes, for free. I could not recommend this site more expecially after dealing with other premium hosting services which don't seem so premium anymore. (MCProhosting, Minecraft-hostingpro, etc.)

Their prices are amazing and their support staff is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Very recommended.

Reviews on hardware provided.
At the start, the hardware provided was perfect, but that was a long time ago. The current servers are in a poor state. Constant downtimes, crashes and severe lags even when its a vanilla server with 0 plugins on it whatsoever. I believe that the promise of "High quality hardware" is rubbish and ridiculous and there are evidence suggesting that the owner is providing oversold hardware. If you are looking for good quality servers, not here!

For customer experience, its one of the worst that I have ever experienced. Firstly, support takes forever. Although its a small team, there is no excuse for taking so long, especially when severe issues are found. I required a retrieval of my backup file from the host and there wasn't any reply. I was well aware that there was a 7 day limit, and your backup files will be gone after that. I waited for 2 weeks before i even got a reply but by that time, the files were already deleted and I was blamed for not making my own personal backups.
The owner seems to love to ban people unreasonably too. I got banned and removed by the host for talking about their slow support and said that I will add do a poor review on trustpilots. He has also banned several other members for criticizing his servers and support speed under the guise of "creating drama" or "staff disrespect"

Credibility wise:
The owner of the company will also try his best to block you off from any reviews and try to make it look less credible or spam. He has since removed numerous reviews and those that weren't removed had the users banned from the service entirely. Do not use this host unless you want to spend weeks waiting.

The Support team:
The owner is also really childish and rude, using vulgar terms on clients and also muting people for asking why is support taking so long. However, I am glad to say that their other supports are friendly and professional, although the owner has removed all support permissions from them (from what I am made aware of - the owner may have something to hide? I do not know)

Address to Response given: The user was being toxic and I responded in kind. The response made during the cancellation was in regards to the the unfair ban. The original rating was when things were still good before host started providing rubbish hardware. + Can't believe you are still lying... I made a ticket regarding a file retrieval for my cpanel service, you took 2 weeks to respond, and when you did, the issue was not resolved but go on, keep on lying :) Cheers

Edit: Damn, seems like its not just me. Multiple users are getting banned and having their reviews removed. Your ratings are decreasing slowly too, seems fun to me rich boy :D , 4.2 rating haha... Keep it up and it will go under 4. Imagine using corona as excuses for downtime and slow support when you are browsing reddit, making posts on social media sites and flagging reviews that make your company look bad. What a clown.

This is probably one of the best minecraft hosting services ever! The price is awesome, especially considering the high quality of hardware they give you. Have only had one issue which was solved within 30 minutes! Also, the CEO and the support team are awesome. They are very active on the discord server, they help you pretty quick and you can have a nice talk with them.

10/10, would recommend them.
