Extremely Disappointed – Stressful Experience Instead of Stress Relief

I joined Title Boxing hoping to relieve stress, but it ended up causing me more stress than I ever expected. I signed up online for their $100/month membership, which included 8 classes. I usually went once a week and was happy at first.

After 4–5 months, life got busy and I couldn’t keep up with the classes. I called to cancel, thinking it would be simple. Instead, they told me I had to fill out a cancellation form at least one month in advance. I tried to cancel 27 days before the next billing cycle—just 3 days short—but they refused.

Since then, I’ve been bombarded with calls demanding I pay $400 for classes I never attended. It’s absurd. Signing up is easy, but canceling is a nightmare. If this were the last gym on earth, I still wouldn’t go back.

Avoid this place unless you enjoy being trapped in a rigid, unfair system.

Great manual. Includes full disassembly and assembly with clear exploded pictures. Had a few questions before hand to ensure i get the correct manual. All is well.

Came here and loved it. However, I was misled about the membership amount. I've even taken up the issue with the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission. I requested to pay in full for the annual membership. I was told one price, then charged an additional monthly fee for months later. I have spoken highly of this place, but I'll make sure to tell people asking that they should go elsewhere. I asked to cancel due to this misleading information and they choose to do what's best for them. Bad way to do business for such a new gym.

Annual membership cost: $263 to sign up the first day + $105.29 for every month after that.

Make sure that you are absolutely sure that you want to deal with a manager/owner (Pierre) who will avoid you if he doesn't want to deal with your issues. I should've done more research before signing up with this company because they already have a lot of complaints against them regarding their membership agreements.

Would I recommend? No. People have asked me about this gym and since they can't do the right thing, I'll let people know not to come here.

Will I be back? Nope!
